Ordered a z9v5 pro mk3 3d printer on…

Ordered a z9v5 pro mk3 3d printer on 05-21-22. I received it very quickly. It took me a week to find the time to put it together and found that 2 of the run out fliament sensors were cracked on the left side. Sent a email and no response as of yet. Running the printer for about 12 hrs total and the hotend has not gone out. Sent a email but no response as of yet. my order # was mbt 6014. I would like the parts replaced or I will return the printer within the 30 day warranty.

Scam?

Scam?
Still waiting for shipment of an order placed nearly a month ago. The order tracker still shows item being processed, but not shipped and no recourse or cancellation option thru customer service (or lack thereof). Should have researched before making the purchase...looks like a lot of others with similar issues. Can't say I'm expecting arrival before Christmas, if at all.

I ordered a Harry Potter sorting hat…

I ordered a Harry Potter sorting hat ornament that was supposed to have motion and sound and it had neither. It was junk. When I sent them a message about this, the first time it was ignored and the second time they sent me their return policy which was also Crap! After I pay to return it I would lose money on this item. Never Again would I order from them.

June 14th 2022. I have received a $39.98 refund for the product I got and an apology letter from Madebythebest. Guess they are a new company and like most, can make mistakes. Thanks

I ordered a swing and the confirmation was the last communication I received. Still haven’t received the item after 3 weeks. From now on I’ll stick with Amazon.

I have received 2 requests to review

I have received 2 requests to review, but no product yet. Thus I cannot review the product. I need to be more careful of where I buy from. China!! I will only buy US made from now on. I need to check websites more carefully. My bad. Who knows….maybe I might get my product by next Halloween. Yet to be seen whether the quality is good or not.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!! They are advertising items from manufacturer's websites and then shipping scam items. I ordered a halloween item they advertised and what I received was a laminated picture of the item. Seller would not give a full refund, they wanted me to pay the shipping, when they false advertised. I have notified my credit card and will not be paying for it. Never again! Buyers beware, their prices are cheaper for a reason.
Edited: I wanted to add that after going back and forth with the company where they were refusing to refund through paypal, when I finally said that I would then be disputing it with my credit card, they finally refunded the full price. I stand by my review though, because I would still never purchase from them again, since the item they were advertising was not what was sent to me.

Cheap and fast? Yeah, right...

[2021-11]
I ordererd two products because they promise to process the order in 1-2 business days. After 5 days, I still saw no update in the online states. After two calendar weeks (=10 business days) the order was partially shipped. And then it needed another 1.5 weeks to arrive at my address. I never got a reply to my mails regarding the status. The product is of below avarage quality.
Order part #2 is still not processed, after a month. No info, no update, nothing. I mailed them again for more info, or to cancel the order, but I would be surprised to get an answer.
MadeTheBest? ExperienceTheWorst!

[2021-12] No answer to my emails for two weeks, so I requested a chargeback from my credit card company.

[2022-03-08] Wow, a reply, finally after more than 4 months. Really? Don't bother, please. I got my money back, thanks to Master Card, not thanks to your "customer support". Terrible.

[2022-06-14] After 3 (!!!) months finally a reply via email. Excuse? My mails were regarded spam... right. Also they asked my to delete my review as a favour for refunding my order. Bribing me, really?! I already told them three times that the CC company did that last year, but obviously, MadeTheBest does not really read emails.
Please don't ever buy anything here. You'll regret it.

Disappointed

After placing my order about two weeks before Halloween I was distressed not to receive an eta or estimate for delivery. After two emails they finally replied to tell me they were out of stock and should be receiving a shipment in about a week. That would mean they’d be getting their stock on or after Halloween. Bottom line there was no information about any delay or lack of stock at any point until after I reached out repeatedly. Now it’s November 1st and I spent almost $40. For a Halloween decoration that I didn’t have in time for Halloween. They seem like a disorganized and inconsiderate kind of business.

How would you like me to reply? Sou have a name or an email?

Absolute disaster

1.Article sent after order cancellelation: The delivery was delayed. So I canceled the order, which was confirmed by the seller. Then later it was sent by the seller to force the purchase.

2.Then the article arrived. Article was not as described. The article should be a door wreath, handmade. 30 Dollar! Plus heavy Shipping Fee Arrived Was a 3 Dollar pillow from the flea market!

Beware of this website. Here the customers are fraudulently deceived.

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered two sets of witch leg resin “stakes” for planters. Paid almost 80 bucks for the two sets, they arrived and were not resin, no stakes included to put them into my planters. What a rip off. When I disputed the product, they offered me only half my money back.

Wrong Item. Late Arrival. Shorted Shipment.

We ordered (2) sets of Witch legs that were supposed to be 100% resin. We paid $30 for "expedited shipping". It took three weeks to get the items. Good thing we didn't select normal shipping! They arrived and were NOT made from resin. They were made from fabric and they only sent one set instead of two that we ordered. I tried to contact customer service via the chat and no one is there. If they send the right item now it won't make it here before halloween. So it's a total fail. Do not trust.
