We were away on holiday when the item…
We were away on holiday when the item arrived and when we returned we realised the size was wrong. we asked the company if we could return it and they said it was after 14 days, so no!
Who gives a 14 day return period in this day and age?
Just be careful people, this company is very dodgy.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, I got trampoline safety netting, and it's starting to rip already. Previous last 4.5 years, the new one 4.5 days. Cost a lot but need to look again for new one, because for autistic child who practical live on trampoline it's not safe.

Do not buy…
Having bought a trampoline for my sons birthday last May I have had nothing but problems rods on top of net coming loose everytime my son who is 11 goes on it , company sent me replacement t pieces that join the rods , that was after sending lots of pics of trampoline, then when that didn't work they wanted more pics and blamed it on positioning of legs , so after adjusting still same problem, now I have 2 broken springs which they won't replace until I send even more pics . Not happy! 500 pounds wasted. I'm on the trampoline more than my son putting rods back in place.

Better of using another company
They dont offer refunds and the box came so damaged it looked like it had fallen off a lorry, owner of the company not very helpful and dont care once he has your money.

To clarify, the issue raised was about the condition of the outer packaging on delivery, not the trampoline itself. At no point was any damage to the product reported, as the boxes were never opened or checked, despite this being repeatedly requested so we could properly assess and resolve any genuine fault.
We explained throughout our email correspondence that if any parts were missing or damaged once unpacked, we would replace them immediately. A goodwill gesture was also offered to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the courier damage to the boxes. Unfortunately, this was declined and no inspection of the product was ever carried out, which meant we were unable to take the matter further.
We absolutely do offer refunds in line with UK consumer law, however returns due to a change of mind or cosmetic damage to packaging alone are the customer’s responsibility. This was clearly explained at the time and is consistent with our published terms.
We care a great deal about our customers and resolve genuine product issues every day, quickly and fairly. In this case, we stand by the fact that we acted reasonably, offered solutions, and asked for the minimum needed to help. We remain open to resolving any defects with the product itself as we have always maintained.
The 20 ft pool is fantastic

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Really helpful giving me advice on correct trampoline for older kids and it actually arrived next day. They then helped in arranging the build on specific day I wanted for kids birthday. Amazing service and really saved my bacon as I left it very late to order something for kids birthday.
