I am a small business that opened an account to try to integrate meta tracking, they ended billing me on the biggest package and has not interest in helping me with a refund.
Do not support entities like these, you know where their hearts are, in their wallets.

I have signed up last night to try out this website that says they offer everything to run your fb ad campaigns in one place. This is the worst experience that I have. Those people are running a scam. First of all, the website is very glitchy, second of all the price advertised is double the price they charge you plus you need to pay another membership for every other feature. There is no refund even if you did not use the platform for 24h. They're extremely unethical and borderline dishonest.

I wish I had Madgicx years ago.
I have been running my own ads for far too long without accurate data, and without an easy way to launch multiple creatives a week. I am a solo-preneur with only 3 VA's, and sometimes an agency to help. Trying to bootstrap a brand without accurate data is hard, and without being able to truly hire a media buyer due to inconsistent cash flow. Madgicx has already helped me get insight into my finances and ROAS In ways that I never had before.
I always suspected that Facebook was inaccurate, or that my Pixel was not firing correctly, but had no knowledge on how to test that. Madgicx helped me get server-side tracking set up so that I could get the most accurate data.
Being a small team it's also hard to launch multiple ad creatives a week. Madgicx makes it easy to straightforward to launch and test new ads, and truly understand which creatives, copy and ad styles are driving the most sales.
I wish I had Madgicx years ago.

This company are scammers (I have 100% proof)
This company are scammers. I have every proof of screenshots and videos to show that. I pressed a "pay" button to find out the price (the price want on a payment page), and it right away processed a payment! Within a minute I reached out explaining the issue, they asked me to cancel, which I did right away. I NEVER used their service. In their Terms, they were saying refunds are issue if requested within 24 hrs, and in the chats they started saying they need 28 days to decide if the refund will be issued??
As soon as I raised a card dispute, they responded saying that refund was APPROVED and will be health with through a bank. But then they went ahead and declined a refund!
And now they even stopped responding. This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! I doubt any of these reviews are real but they are paid for. AVOID AT ALL COST!

As soon as I clicked the instagram advert and gave my card details I regretted it. 20mins later I’m on the phone to my card company trying to get my card cancelled so they can’t take anything.
Don’t be lured in!!

They refuse to issue a refund. I purchased the platform promotion package, but it lacks a meta filter, so it doesn’t work. Customer support informed me that the refund department takes 28 days to respond. This is a scam company—beware.

I got automatically subscribed to the most expensive annual plan. I contacted their online support within minutes of them charging me to ask for a refund. I was told the issue would be sent to the finance department for review. Nothing from them for over a week, so I opened a fraud claim against them through my bank. Stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service - don’t refund
Terrible customer service. I signed up for the lifetime deal and just a few hours after I requested my refund. It passed more than a week and they still don’t have an answer of when this will be refunded.
It didn’t work for me the platform and It feels like a scam for not processing the refund just a few hours after my purchased. Do NOT buy it!

Just signed up so still learning the platform but so far the onboarding and support has been great. This combines all the other platforms I was using (triplewhale, attribution apps and meta ads manager) into one. The reporting alone is worth the subscription but it also allows for super easy ads set up and there are tons of automation you can use to improve efficiency. I'd say it is a little overwhelming to start as there is so much you can do in the platform so you will need more than a week's trial to figure out if it is a good fit but so far so good.

I bootstrapped my brand to 6 figures and am a pretty good media buyer but I needed help scaling ym creative volume and my oh my was I pleasantly surprised when I used the AI ad generator! The interface is intuitive compared to any other platform I've used - it's so much easier to create stunning visuals and brief converting ads. My clients also really like the the live dashboards they get with the Business Dashboard feature for multi channel reporting and usually see improved results when running the AI Ads we create for them .

Great tool and excellent customer support
I love the AI Audiences capabilities and being able to launch lots of optimizations quickly. Easy to check stats on the Meta 360 dashboards. Excellent customer support. Easy to reach. Accessible to creative new creatives with AI and launch new ads. I'd never go back to use Facebook Manager again. My Facebook campaign performance has increased since I started optimizing using madgicx.
