Visited late Sunday as I know had tyre issue and Madhouse was open whilst I was passing . Decided to get the tyre sorted and this was dealt with quickly by Tom .
Great service

Had to go to Madhouse Tyres as I had a flat tyre. The break down service managed to inflate the tyre so I could drive there. Although there was a bit of a wait, Tom was an excellent worker, friendly & efficient. He even gave me a discount - brilliant!!!

Tom was gave me an excellent service. I went in because I thought I had a flat but turned out it was just a puncture which he fixed quickly! He also checked all my tyre pressures and realised one of my tires was gone which I was able to replace immediately. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Thanks again Tom!

I Went to Madhouse Tyres because one of my alloy wheels had cracked. I was served by a young man by the name of Daniel, He was very friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me the best advice and my alloy wheel had been fixed within 3 hours. I will be using Madhouse Tyres from now on and will be referring all my friends to them because they exceeded my expectations.

I had a problem with my tyres and went to Madhousetyres to fix it. As soon as I got there, Tom asked if he could be of assistance, after I explained there was a problem, he checked the tyres and within minutes fixed the problem. I'm really happy with their speddy service, politeness and professionalism. I definitely recommend them!

Wheel refurb for 4 wheels. Daniel made the experience a good one. Looking forward to seeing the finished article.

I TOOK MY CAR TO HAVE WHEEL ALIGNMENT (5/02/23) AND THE GUY DOING THE ALIGNMENT SNAPPED MY TIE ROD JAM BOLT , HE DID NOT USE ANY WD40 OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PENETRATING FLUID FIRST ( NO COMMON SENSE ) NOW I HAVE TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO CHANGE MY WHOLE OUTER AND INNER TIE RODS ON THE LEFT SIDE , AND MY M.O.T IS DUE THIS WEEK , HOW CAN I MANAGE TO LOOSEN THE RIGHT SIDE JAM BOLT MYSELF WITH SOME WD40 BUT THEY CANT ? I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AT THE SHOCKING WORKMANSHIP FROM MADHOUSE TYRES AND WHEEL ALIGNMENT THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES PRIDE AND JOY .. I HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH TODAY ...

Just took tyre in to get valve repaired and was hit £25-00 for replacement. Took them 2 minutes and I didn't even get a valve cap!!! Seems excessive especially as I am a pensioner. Just called Kwik-fit old Kent Rd and they quoted between £10 and £17-50 for the same job. I should've gone there!!! I FEEL RIPPED OFF..........

Had scraped and kerbed wheels on my bmw found madhouse online. Turned up with my car, they lent me a set of loan wheels whilst my were being done and 3 days later I'm up and away brilliant service would highly recommend to everyone

I was so happy with the service I recieved and good honest prices!

Arrogant and full of themselves, I used to be a customer of this company for many years, I took my car for puncture repair and the price had gone up 3 folds and their attitude was take it or leave it. I couldn’t leave there fast enough to have it fixed elsewhere at 300% cheaper.

Will try to rip you off, do not go there.

Went to Madhouse Tyres this Morning (4/4/2021). Fitter could not take off one of the wheel nut too tight (no problem I thought) started swearing, threw the air gun down and when one of his colleagues tried speaking to him just continued. I spoke to him and told him he has no manners all he did was Gesticulate. Spoke to the person I thought was in charge just had a blank face. Tried ringing to ask where I could complain told I have to come down to Madhouse!!!!

Spent a lot of money purchasing two tyres with this company three months ago on the same rim that he now appears to be having problems with. Actually came this morning to also book for my rims to be refurbished, this now is not going to happen and I would not recommend Madhouse to my worst enemy.

If possible to give no stars I would based on my experience this morning.
