Excellent service from beginning to end. Very patient and helpful considering the pin badges were for an association whereby decision were made by committee🤔. Cannot fault the quality.

I had a very last minute order of keyrings and Julianne worked tirelessly to ensure the design was what we wanted and that they were delivered before my deadline! Very happy with the final product and will be certainly using again! Thanks so much!

Great experience ordering from Madly Merch, Andrew was really helpful throughout. We ordered chenille patches and the ordering and sample process was straightforward. Clear communication and a great product at the end of it - would order again :)

After enquiry to have badges made all e-mails answered straight away, artwork sent and received Madly Merch proposed manufacture. I made one request to alter a stich colour. When badges received quality was excellent and they had altered the requested colour change.

Really easy to work with, communication timely and quality is great.

I cannot fault this service! The communication was consistent right through to the delivery, mock ups were provided against the measurements given and the end product arrived exactly as expected. All my thanks to Andrew and the team, will be sure to use them again for our next order!

Andrew was extremely helpful, talked me through the different options (embroidered and woven) and the communication was seamless throughout the whole project.
