Such delicious food, and pretty affordable for such a good meal. They have a good selection of drinks and many options for food fillings.
I love that I can customise my food however I like, and all choices are gonna taste good.

Got bad food poisoning from a vegetarian burrito that was served at ‘the danger zone’ temperature at around 2:30 pm on a Saturday in August 2023.
Some of the warm food/ingredients had obviously been left out in the worst possible temperature for food bacteria (warm but not hot) for at least a couple of hours making it unsafe for human consumption under Australian law.
The serving size was also very small.
This MadMex used to be good but must have gone under a change of management or something.
Poisoning customers with bad food hygiene is illegal and seriously unethical!
Went to the Mad Mex Westfield Albany and got two grande melts for the other half and myself.
We specifically asked the teenaged girl behind the counter NOT to put loads of liquids from all the wet contents in the melt, please drain for a second. She did not. The result? A poor slushy mess that she didn't even heat through properly and it tasted crappy as well. Really not good value for money, overpriced and not remotely authentic. Do yourself a favor and just don't go there.
Ordered on the Deliveroo app, two hours later I'm still waiting! Have tried phoning them 3 times and each time goes to voicemail. So disappointed.
