Just received my touch up paint today…

Just received my touch up paint today having waited six days for it and that was paying for postage wouldn't have minded if I wasn't paying the postage to find that I had half a bottle of lacquer where it's had leaked all over all the bottles were very sticky to touch very disappointed will not be using them again I will go elsewhere

Madpaints were superb

Madpaints were superb! Emily's customer service was excellent. Hard job matching the paint of my daughters car, weird MG3 colour, but Emily got the colour scanned and mixed within 20 minutes of me being there. Job Done!

Absolute jokers

Asked a question about the paint to their sales email and followed up when they didn't reply. Still got completely ignored. Glad that sales team don't work for me!

Imagine if you actually had an issue and needed help.

Off to their competitors I go.

Never received paint and couldn't get hold of them had to get my bank involved

MAD paints are mad and crazy nuts.

Firstly this title given trustpilot will say not our terms and conditions n not post this review. This made paints is fraud mostly they take the payment and feeds their family even 8 days the product is not listed when ordered and when enquired this mad crazy paint without getting customer confident cancelling the order without refunds and when toll putting case for fraud. They started to reply. They are there to make fraud so please donbuy the paint. Or any product. Cause first of all Emily Rayson Administration of mad crazy paint is sleeping god knows where.

don't use

This company has been terrible to deal with. They sent me the wrong paint, mistakes happen, and I understand that. But I’ve now sent them four emails, including photos, and they’re still insisting the paint is correct when it’s clearly the wrong colour.

Great product

Great product. Ordered to touch up some stone chips on my car. Was unsure what product to use and the team explained all the products. Came quickly and great colour match, would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful and professional

Very helpful and professional. They wanted to get the colour code correct for my rare bike so they kept in touch confirming details before sending out the paint. Packed and delivered well. Paint cans labelled and numbered in sequence for correct application. I would definitely use them again.

Perfectly satisfied

Arrived on time. A good colour match and goes on well as long as you follow the instructions (yes, I actually read them). I will confidently use them in the future sand recommend them to others.

Perfect match even with older vehicles

Great company,
I have ordered multiple times from mad paints and the match of the colour was perfect. One of my orders was paint for a 2001 car and even with on a 25 year old car the match was 100%, couldn’t see the difference whatsoever. Highly recommend

Purchased paint’primer and lacquer to repair scratches on door and rear arch gave paint code and registration etc, sent just black paint my original paint is black with sparkly fleck in it,really looks crap now would not recommend them at all really dissatisfied customers

I've used Madpaints twice.

I've used Madpaints twice.. Once for a touch up pen set for a tiny fix on my car, and once on a spray kit for my friends car.

Each time it was sent out and received very quickly and was the exact colour requested.

No issues and no need to contact afterwards.

Details on application (especially for the touch up pen) were useful.
