One of the wetsuits I received was defective, deep press marks. I returned it , (berely touching it) & i was accused of damage & they charged me £20 for repair.
If you looking for better online experience buy from someone else.

MAD Water Sports have been awesome from day one.

I don't live anywhere near the shop but they have delivered everything without fuss and given me great after sales support as well. Thoroughly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I wish they were closer to me!

This company was the only place I could find exactly what I wanted. It took me a while to find what I wanted because of the vast amount of products that they have stocked. Ordered on a Friday and arrived on Tuesday.

Paddleboard footrest delivered promptly and good quality

Excellent knowledgeable service, and a wide range of high quality products. A little gem hidden away in Wadebridge that was a pleasant surprise to find whilst on holiday in Cornwall.

I’ve had a couple of Firewire surfboards from MAD Watersports now, and can’t fault their service.
Even when their supplier sent the wrong size board, they sorted it quickly and effectively and got the replacement sent to me direct at no extra cost.
I can’t fault the level of service and friendliness from this family run business.
Highly recommended.

The staff at MAD are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about surfing and gave me the best advice on the board and suit for my needs. Their selection is the best around, local knowledge from surfers rather than sales people really make the experience and set them apart. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I thought customer service was dead until my experience with MAD Water sports
Being a complete novice I was treated with complete respect and had explained to me the importance of various points being a starter
Their knowledge was superb and I never felt I was was being sold something I didn’t need or was was above my level of competence
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and wish them every success in the future
