I like the products, don't love the pushy nature of the site to get bundles (and often). Also, the rewards program is misleading: you earn points, you get $$ taken off your total, but only up to $20,... See more

I would leave a negative if possible. I reached out to the company after not being able to access my account. For over a month, I did not receive the help I needed. By the time I received a response, my subscription was about to be sent again. They did not accept my return and almost sent me the items via subscription . The Yuka reviews of their products is bad and poor. I don’t recommend these products at all.

Never tried the product because as soon as I signed up for the try before you buy it tried to charge my card 4 different prices 193+$ to begin with even though it stated clearly in the add I would only be paying $6.48 for shipping and handling and 42$ after 3 weeks if I decided to keep the product and subscription. Stated just 54$ after 3 weeks if I kept the product. Which neither of those add up to $193+. Very upset with this issue Then it attempted to charge again several times for lower amounts. I would not recommend anyone use the try before you buy unless you wish to be ripped off. If you do attempt to use just buy outright or get a sample from a friend. Shame on you Maelys for ripping people off and I will just have to handle it with my credit card companies dispute resolution.

I love this product. I got the Get-Dreamy. It had the most luxurious consistency and it smells amazing. Truthfully, it didn't do much to tighten my skin. To be honest, my skin is probably way past the point of rejuvenating. However, my skin was soft and hydrated. And again, the scent...

So far I’m loving all my new products and customer service is amazing

I bought into their “try it before you buy it” plan, ordered the product, received the product in a timely manner and tried the product, but I really didn’t like it and did not think I’ve benefited from it in any way. Especially based on how expensive it was. I then canceled my subscription in a timely manner via email and was told the subscription was canceled. Since then, I have been billed two more times and shipped another product that I did not ask for. I was assured by their customer service that I would not be charged for that second bottle of product however I was charged and have not yet been refunded. Then today I was charged a third time and again been assured that my subscription has been canceled. This company is a scam!

Predatory. They took my information to purchase a product without asking for my address. The product was charged to my account and apparently "shipped," but naturally, the order failed to arrive at my door because they never asked for my address. Deceptive UX. As a UX designer myself here, I understand the strategic, dark UX patterns at play to promote user error in order to drive more sales without actually needing to expend inventory. Lazy business, do better.

I am formally requesting a refund of $182.12 for an unauthorized charge made by Marley’s Cosmetics.
On the original transaction date, I was charged $182.12; however, the charge was flagged and reversed by PayPal due to suspected fraud. Despite this, my card was charged again for the same amount before 30 days had passed.
I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the company, but I was informed that no order could be located under my information. This raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this transaction.
As this charge appears unauthorized and cannot be tied to a valid order, I am requesting an immediate full refund of $182.12. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my bank and provide all supporting documentation, including prior communication and transaction records.

I have been using get dreamy for 6 months or so and I have also had Gastric Sleeve surgery 5 years ago. With having the surgery I had alot of loose skin, and with get dreamy in was able to tighten the skin on my stomach and legs and some on the arms too. I still have a ways to go but it is definately helping. It also smells great too.

So I decided to try the Tempt and honestly it was just terrible. The smell was just way to much going on. Perhaps the first, second and then third notes where just a few notes too many. I also got the Too Fine to try but because the first one was so bad I never even unsealed the box. But my box didn't get there on time and now I've been charged. It really sucks being charged not only for something I didn't like but charged for the other that I didn't even try. Better luck to you.

I have been trying to talk with someone on this return and no one responds back in a timely manner and now I am charged! The way they have this customer service set up is stupid. No one gets back to you for a few days.

Products are great and saw visible results within 10-14 days. The loyalty points also help ensure I can continue to purchase my most loved products during this ever changing economy.

3 stars for the terrible customer service. I tried quite a few of their products
, most of which were too strong for my sensitive skin to handle. I LOVED the get dreamy whipped night cream BUT at my most recent " try before you buy", since I've been looking for just a GREAT SMELL, I tried the TEMPT perfume, which, to me, is terrible. Smells like they mixed a pine cleaner in it, the customer service was not helpful in the return. The site never gave me the option to return this perfume, so that I wouldn't have to pay full price. ALSO, after being such a loyal customer with my monthly orders, I kept racking up LOYALTY POINTS...but they are impossible to use! AGAIN asking customer service for help with this, as I wanted to try new products and use my points, but they request screenshots of the process you WENT THOUGH making impossible to do because, well, I don't own a time machine. So I lost $$ in rewards, they are taking $79 for the perfume that is trash, AND I cancelled all future orders because of their terrible customer service. Everyday dose mushroom coffee has a customer service team that every other customer service could LEARN SOMETHING FROM. THEY ARE AMAZING. Maelys however, lost business, and I won't talk to anyone i know about the (ever changing style and AMOUNT) get dreamy whipped body cream I loved so much. UGH disappointed.

Not only do the products smell great, but they also feel great going on.

If I can give a-5 Star, I would!!! am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent "Try Before You Buy" order. Despite initiating a return 12 days after receipt—well within the established trial period—I have been charged the full amount of $188.29 without authorization.
My grievance is based on the following facts: I am in compliance with Terms because I initiated the return process within the trial window due to adverse health reactions to the product. Also, I have written correspondence confirming that I would only be charged for two specific items after the trial period concluded. Maelys has failed to honor these written terms. After more than 40 email exchanges, your representatives have offered dismissive excuses rather than addressing the documented discrepancy. Claiming a policy is "clear" after the fact (which the agent DID NOT! or I would have refused her recommendation). The refusal to issue a refund is unacceptable. I have retained all correspondence and documentation regarding this dispute. To say the least, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this company. There are far better products out there that will meet your needs and receive excellent customer service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

First time purchasing products from this brand; I wasn't a fan of the skin-tightening product. It has a really disgusting, potent smell, which put me off using it. I also didn't see any initial results; if anything, it made my skin worse.
My biggest issue with this brand is that they trick you into signing up for a subscription service. They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but make it extremely difficult to return the product, and they keep charging you for it even after you've canceled. Ultimately, I feel like they are just trying to con you out of money.

I ordered the cream because of the great advertising and the allure of “try before u buy” which I instantly realized was not true! I was charged $6.45 plus $168.43. (Even tho the $168 is a pending charge) i was aware i would be charged both processing fees and the full amount ! I automatically was turned off and decided i don’t even want to try this product anymore! Now that i just received the package, im trying to send it back and im being told (threw email of course since the don’t have a number) that i can’t return the product! I feel like I’ve been robbed! This isn’t what I expected from such a highly successful company!

Maelys customer service has to be bots. I exchanged 30 emails with at least 12 different names. None of them were humans. They kept repeating their policy over and over again. All said the same thing. I explained that the lady at the post office obviously didn't scan both of the return labels, because Maelys only refunded one of them, but kept stating their policy, like I didn't understand it. Three times I sent the post office receipt which clearly showed two packages were going to the same address. The PO tracking numbers both showed that they were delivered. Yet since she apparently only scanned one box, they would not consider that they still received both back. So they'll keep my $50 for product, and resell it since it's unopened, and make double, on me. I'll never order their products again. Not sure what all the hype is about, the B-Glowy doesn't do anything at all. Total waste of money, and time with the CS Bots. P.S. after posting this review, I got yet another message from their "CS" asking for my order number to look into it further. I've seriously had this repetitive request, and the same outcome, 3 times. This company gaslights you into thinking this next person will help, but they don't. They just explain again their policy, thinking maybe you didn't understand it the first 30 times. I found more people on Reddit saying the exact same thing about the CS. Buyer beware...
