Wide range of products. I ordered stair nosing online and received delivery the next day,really really the impressed with the quality.

I wish i could give zero star. My experience was terrible. The product and service didnt match what was promised and i feel like i wasted my money. save yourseld the trouble and shop somewhere else

Next day- fantastic

I ordered my item on 13 July and received order confirmation and tracking number. It is now 23 July and order still not been delivered. The tracking says it has been delivered, but it hasn’t and I have ring footage to prove. I emailed the mafson tracking team almost a week ago and no reply. Terrible service and not sure how to get my money back. Will not use again.

All straight forward. Item was as expected.

Telephone number for the company doesn't work and cannot contact them as had no corrospondence to an order I have placed - email 4 different addresses but nothing

I ordered some beading from this supplier when i recieved the item it was incorrect so I called them to explain this and they said they were happy for me to return it.
That's where the customer service stopped .
I Returned it Tracked and insured so it got back safely at a cost of £11
On top of the £51 i had already spent 3 days after they received it back still no refund.
So I emailed them and I was told it would be 2 to 4 days for the refund to get back to me.
A week passed no refund so after another 5 or 6 emails that were ignored I then get a reply we are Refunding £31 and it's going to take another 2 to 4 days
I'm out of pocket £62 and they are Refunding me £31.
I tried speaking to a man on the phone who was aggressive and shouts a lot
And he wants to keep telling me that he has been in buisness for 11 years and he is correct
After a lot of shouting he says I'm happy to Refund all the money and the postage for my Return which I have Recorded and I told him I was recording at the start of the phone call so he was aware

Still no Full Refund or any Refund I will now be opening a Charge back against the company to get my money back .
What a shame That this is Customer service nowadays

First time came across this merchant as they carry a product that I was looking for. Called them to confirm the specification, line was engaged yet they called back 2 minutes later! Clarified the details then placed an order. Kept updated on delivery all the way and product delivered as scheduled and as expected.

Good, just as advertised. Would recommend

The product looks great ,oak effect is nice on the trim and easy to cut and put on to bathroom cabinet.
Only problem it was delivered to wrong house and I had to go hunting for it .

I found the right item easily and order process was straightforward. Delivery was in goodvtimevwithcwarning of day of delivery. Item yet to be installed but is correct.
