Only had the box a week and it is frozen. Junk!

I'm shocked to see positive reviews for this product - makes me wonder if they are even real.

When trying to watch sports "Channel Under Maintenance" continuously come on and off at random times. Movies constantly buffer in spite of a strong fiber signal. Recording function usually records the first 10-12 minutes and then stops recording.

Customer service usually responds but none of their "fixes" ever work, I ask for a replacement or refund but no response.

Just got the MG4 Plus in. I'm impressed with the sharp picture quality and how responsive it is. The sleek design looks good too - a great addition for us.
