Avoid Magezon at All Costs – Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unaccountable

Our experience with Magezon has been nothing short of a disaster.
In January 2025, we engaged Magezon to complete a relatively simple task with a committed turnaround of three working days. That promise quickly proved meaningless. The task dragged on for months with a string of pathetic excuses, poor communication, and a complete disregard for timelines or accountability.
We were forced to chase them repeatedly, often going weeks without responses, and only ever receiving progress once we escalated the issue multiple times. Despite Magezon admitting in writing that they missed the agreed deadline and had no excuse for the delay, they have refused to issue a refund for the $800+ USD we paid in good faith.
They claim the work was “as initially confirmed,” yet the core issue is not about the task specifics—it’s about the gross failure to deliver within the committed timeframe, which led to lost revenue opportunities and a major drain on our internal resources. Their refusal to acknowledge this core issue is both insulting and unethical.
To make matters worse, their so-called “solutions” have been half-hearted offers to “do more work at a discounted rate”—effectively asking us to pay more for their incompetence. That is not a solution. That is exploitation.
In our professional opinion:
Magezon is not trustworthy.
Their customer service is appalling.
Their internal processes are clearly disorganised.
They show zero accountability for failure to meet contractual commitments.
If your business depends on timely delivery, professionalism, and reliability—look elsewhere.

False money back guarantee, illegal marketing

I bought several extensions to try out because they clearly state a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. It was the reason I decided to try them because there was no risk, and they know that's how it's interpreted. They write this guarantee on several places, really emphasising it with no terms mentioned or linked nearby this "guarantee". When I was unsatisfied with the extensions and wanted to cancel the order, they refuse to honor the guarantee. They say there are hidden terms on a policy page that say it only applies if the product is faulty. This type of manioulative marketing is illegal in most countries, and unethical. So be careful with these people, they don't mean what they say.

I can only join the other reviews here. They are an awful company and offer the worst kind of customer service. They should change something drastically in their company and customer service. Instead of helping out they leave someone totally alone. Instead of helping out and raise the customer satisfaction, they just make everything worse. Total scam kind of company.

They do not accept refunds

After placing the order it is not compatible with the Amasty reward points and follow up extensions and I want a refund and they deny it

I have had to escalate it with PayPal because on the website they publish a refund in 30 days and they do not comply.
