It is been a over a month no respond at all, It is a scumm ,not even a contact , not deliverd the items

I ordered 2 sets of black diamond studs. They arrived, and the website said they wouldn't fall out, hurt, ot give me an infection. I wore them for one week, and they did all 3 of those things, in that order. No return address provided anywhere

Product came super fast. No issues with shipping. The product itself was well made. I purchased a septum ring. I would have liked it to be slightly larger so it could be more visible but it still was cute. The magnet was strong and once placed properly, stayed in place. The only issue is it’s painful to wear for extended periods. I couldn’t take it. I definitely wish I’d have seen these ratings sooner and saved my money.

If I could give them no stars or negative stars I would.

Not only was the delivery incredibly late, but the delivered the wrong items.

Absolutely bad service and products. Again another company from China advertising false items that cannot not be returned. I had 3 sets of different nose piercings and they appear to big and not like the images or as advertised. If fact it’s not even the correct item.
I placed an order in November and it’s only arrived today 9/1/23. I emailed the company and they did get back to me stating there is an error with the order and that they will re ship the items and asked for an address. I told them I didn’t want the order anymore as it was suppose to be a Xmas present. They didn’t bother to reply and sent me the order, I think that’s wrong and appalling what they have done. I hope they sleep at night and covid doesn’t get them. I am so disappointed in their service. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FRKM
THEM. reality is you can probably get these items for pennies on somewhere like Ali express. Their customer service is much better and do returns straight away.

Never received order. Company never responded to my 5 emails. Waste dont buy

i ordered $50 worth of product from their website and it never came, two months later. I emailed their support about a month in of getting no packages or updates and their response was that they would ship a replacement ASAP bc the package was 'undelivered due to some unknown error'. Two months later and nothing has been delivered. I have tried contacting them three more times with no response. pissed off and disappointed.

Made an order 15 days later still not even a confirmation, I emailed requesting a refund, their reply was.
This items already stated as delivered so we can't give you a refund, we will send another one out....
Is that not the same as a refund they're still losing stock, which is money....
I told them that I believed there site was a scam and would be reporting it

What an absolute load of rubbish
The septum nose piercing was so small and wouldn’t even stop on on a small child never mind a male adult. Complete waste of money and time.
Clip earrings not to bad but on the whole an utter complete waste of time and money AVOID. Darren Game

I bought these as a gift for my daughter and she wears them daily. The 5 pack is a great price compared to buying just one and you get 5 different colors she said.

Product came but is useless falls straight out very annoying because of the price and fake reviews obviously making me think the product would work. Waste of money and shipping costs.

This website is horrible. Money for my order was taken from my account and product never came.

Customer service is non existent. Placed an order and tried to cancel the very next day. 9 days later and still had no response. Scam, don't buy
