Terrible. Do not use. Provided dimensions of all rooms for carpet cleaning and was quoted €250. On arrival Harry then revised his quote to €400 and also could not complete on day as promised. Just informed now that he wants €600. Completely unreliable.

I had my RV done. It is a 35 footer there’s a couch recliner and two chairs to be done. It’s OK less than 25 minutes to do the recliner. Doesn’t even look like it got done The carpet from the floor that goes onto the wall. The crevices are all black just don’t think the time was spent. I’m not saying he didn’t try, but the effort did not show.

We sent an email for a quote and very quickly got a response. Very efficient and easy communication. We encountered a small issue with the invoice, and it was dealt with very smoothly. On the day, the gentleman was very professional and took extra care to clean all the rugs impeccably. We will be using them again to clean our carpeted staircase. great value for the service. Highly recommend.

Amazing! Had a large makeup stain on my carpet and the technician removed it in 20 minutes or maybe even less! So grateful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Lying, cheating crooks. The worst carpet cleaning company in London. Do not let these thugs anywhere near your home or family.

Came an hour earlier than scheduled. Our housekeeper had to rush to be there early to let them in. Then they disappeared and came back an hour later than scheduled. They then did a poor job in 30 mins instead of the usual 90 mins including not doing what was agreed.

Now they are threatening to take me to the small claims court because I don’t want to pay the full amount for the poor job and inconvenience of this dishonest group of fraudsters. They are also illegally trying to charge me additional commercial late fees (applicable only to businesses not consumers).

The service and attitude from Alex and Zorik is rude, threatening and aggressive. DO NOT LET THESE THUGS INTO YOUR HOME.

Like the many other poor reviews I’m sure I’ll get a nasty reply but the inability to address issues sums up exactly what everyone is complaining about when they mention the poor service.

Please also ignore the many fake reviews (5* by ‘individuals’ who have no picture and have only ever left one review).

Booked a carpet clean and the technician was running a little late due to london traffic, which is understandable, so I called the office and Alex picks up. His customer service is not great. As the first point of contact for the company he does it little favour. However when the carpet technician Amar turned up he was very apologetic, very professional and did the job really well. The carpet clean was fantastic and efficient, very thorough and even went the extra mile to make sure the carpet was properly done. If you can ignore the single admin/reception employee, then I can assure you the end result is worth it, and you will have no problem thereafter in having perfectly clean carpets and a job very well done. Despite this I still recommend this company as the cleaning is what matters the most, that itself cancels out the not so great experience from that single phone staff, which is not a reflection on the carpet technician’s great work and professionalism.

While the first impression was good, the whole ordeal turned out to be incredibly frustrating.

Alex suggested a collection at 08:00. I sent a text message at 08:18, no response. I called at 08:44, he did not know what the situation was, but called the driver. A new time was given, 13:00 to 15:00; I was promised a call 30 minutes before arriving. I heard nothing until I messaged at 16:25, to which I was told the driver would arrive in "37-40 minutes". At 17:16, I get a message that they had the wrong address. At 19:00, I cancelled.

Josh organised for a carpet fitter to fit our carpets in bedroom. He did it in no time, and was a very neat job.

I had a iron mark on my new carpet, and he repaired the damage so beautifully. So grateful for his skill.
So pleased with good tradesman.

Terrible customer service. I had booked an appointment 10 days in advance, the day before I emailed to confirm the exact time, with no response, the morning of the appointment I called several times before getting through, Harry was rude and dismissive and said he knew nothing about the appointment (even though I had been emailing him personally), and said he was busy and put the phone down. I called again an hour later and he still offered no apology when I told him I had taken the day off work to facilitate the appointment. I asked if this is normally the way he conducted business and he said yes. Still waiting a call back to reschedule, I would not use this company under any circumstances, they are rude and unreliable!

Do not use this company. Alex their administrator does not know the meaning of 'customer service', they are rude, unreliable and liars. After I put the phone down on him he then harassed me with text messages..10 in all. I made an appointment for them to come and clean my carpets. Their communication was good and they gave me a timeslot of between 11-1pm that they would arrive. I organised a parking permit for them and took a day off work. At 1220 I looked at my phone to see if they had messaged me to say they would be late and saw they has messaged at 12:05 so I called them back. They claimed they had phoned me (they had not) and THEY cancelled the appointment. I was then harassed with text messages by Alex. Waste of a day and very upsetting. Never again.

We've been using Magic Carpet Cleaning for several years now, we have had over 10 rooms in our office building serviced by them during redecoration. We've always been pleased with the results and also with their service. Our last job was done by Lyudmil - he brought life back to some stained carpet tiles and also a couple of Persian rugs. We'd recommend them and will use them for our next job.
