Bullies and scamsters who harass customers
My god. Nasty staff with a chip on their shoulder who think insulting the customer on the phone and then harassing them over text message after you hang up is acceptable!!! Stay away from this shady business—imagine having this lug in your house saying these things to your face. Direct quotes from my interactions with them to try to get an estimate for a carpet clean “customers always lie about the rooms they need cleaned,” “try Poundland or 99p store,” “steer away from us.” You got it Magic Carpet Cleaning! Why are you still harassing me over text long after I hang up the call! I simply wanted a quote but your harassment will be exposed publicly and reported. Magic Carpet Cleaning even signed the text pretending to be from another carpet cleaning company most likely hoping I would leave a competitor a bad review.
