This site is basically a scam. They'll send you cheap articles and probably not all what you bought (or at least is what happened to me, 1 out of 2 articles never arrived).
The customer service is awful.
They were using a fake Daniel Radcliffe account to sell and sponsorise their "products" and even used the war in Ukraine telling people they were giving away money for the refugee (of course I'll let you figure for yourselves how that's ended up).

Customer service is horrible they do not issue refunds and when you get a Cashback via bank because they falsely advertised free products they issue nasty messages via Instagram towards you because they won’t do it via email and now I know why cause it’s traceable and they can’t delete the messages their end. They called me a S*** customer and told me to go and die and that I was the scammer they are scammers and have been reported to action fraud!!

I ordered 2 items. An acceptance letter and a snitch. The acceptance letter arrived with no issues, the snitch is a different story. I emailed them that I hadn't received the snitch and Magicartz Support responded saying that the snitch was on its way. They had me use After Ship to track the order. They delivered it to Vancouver Canada. Unfortunately I still live in the US at the same address I have when I ordered. So, I emailed again. No response. I've sent several emails and still no response.

This is an excellent store, I bought sweatshirts and wands with this store and there product quality is top notch. The delivery took only 1 week to 10 days which is quite good.
The wands were metal wands and the sweatshirt design was just amazing.
I recommend everyone to try this store once if you want to buy any products from there store.

My mistake was not check it before to buy.
I did an order for 2 Harry Potter hoodies and it arrived after 3 months and very different from what I ordered from the website.
The material is very poor and it is not the same from the pictures, also the design is very different.
It is very different and looks horrible.
Just now I could see that I am not the first one.
I hope that you are lucky enough to read our review before spend your precious time and money with this very poor product.
I wish Trust Pilot allowed us to attached the pictures to you have an idea.
