Second time booking with magicbreak. Good value for money.

Cheryl was the loveliest adviser to speak to, kept me fully up to date from start to finish on my booking. Answered all questions I’ve had so far, and I’m sure I’ll have more. It’s great you have a dedicated helper on had who knows all about you and the booking. Thank you Cheryl.

I cannot thank Filiz at Magic Breaks enough! I didn’t receive the email advising that my booking needed to be paid for, and unfortunately, the booking was cancelled. I was honestly so stressed — but Filiz absolutely saved the day!

With incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism, she managed to rebook everything and sort the whole situation out for me. She kept me reassured the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was put right.

After my Lapland holiday was cancelled 2 days before flying with another company Lisa sat for ages finding me the perfect holiday for 5 days time!
As you can imagine I was absolutely gutted but Lisa was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my boys.
Not only did she find me the perfect holiday she’s rush through the reveal pack so I have it before we go!

We have just come back from a lapland trip and it was all completely amazing. Figen at magic breaks was wonderful from start to finish with her communication and expertise. She made the process so easy and made sure we got everything we wanted from our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was booking a trip for myself, my partner, brother and his partner, and our soon to arrive baby at Disneyland Paris. I had to contact support to help book a bigger room in the Marvel Hotel and Leah A was so helpful and kind! She was super speedy and was able to get our booking done in under 20 minutes and was able to reassure of any concerns we had. What a lovely, helpful lady! Would definitely recommend using magic breaks!

Fantastic communication. We have previously booked through Magic Breaks so we didn't hesitate to use them again. When booking we had to request a particular room which unfortunately wasn't available but Figen persevered until suitable and affordable accommodation was found. Brilliant service.
