I could not rate Cheryl any higher! I rang at 9.30pm on a Friday night after struggling to find answers to my questions online. Cheryl immediately put me at ease, was personable and friendly and assisted me in booking our family holiday. She had helpful tips and was really clear. Cheryl sent payment links so we could arrange to split the deposit between different people on the trip. Honestly it was seamless! Thank you Cheryl.

Alex helped me book a Disney Cruise and she was great at discussing everything, answering all my questions, making sure what we were booking was exactly what we wanted. The whole booking process was very smooth and efficient - highly recommend!

Amy Stevens was a great help when booking the holiday. She has been really responsive and has made the booking process easy.

I spoke to Alex who was helpful, patient and funny and saved me so much money and time in the process . What I would say is they give you advice on things you dont even consider thinking about or asking. Highly recommend!

I have booked with Magic breaks on more than one occasion due to their fantastic customer service and brilliant low deposits. I booked a trip for Christmas time at Disneyland Paris and I have been provided with such good service from Cheryl, that I have felt compelled to write this review. Nothing has been too much bother for Cheryl, answering all of my questions quickly and clearly. In addition to supporting me with my upcoming Disneyland Paris Trip, Cheryl has put me on a waiting list to book a 2027 Walt Disney World Trip. I have never been let down by Magic Breaks and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a holiday to remember! :)

Excellent service from start until finish when booking through Magic Breaks. I contacted their helpline as I needed a slightly different booking to what I could do online and Alex was amazing.

Alex May was extremely helpful, and friendly and prompt today. She assisted with a very last minute booking and she was so efficient. Much appreciated and I can highly recommend Magic Breaks!

Easy to book and great price

I absolutely love Magic Breaks. They are great at returning emails and clarifying things. I love them so much, that I would love a job there booking holidays for Dlp. Wahoo.
I recommend this site. It’s easy to navigate.
The pricing is excellent. The freebies are also a nice extra touch. I feel they invented Customer Service. Love this company.

I recently started a chat with Amanda Rogers to arrange a trip to Disneyland Paris for my children and 10 grandchildren, and she has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Amanda went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth and enjoyable. She offered several different options, as I needed to book five rooms and organise travel from London to Paris. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference.

Amanda put so much time and effort into ensuring everything was perfect, and I can’t thank her enough. Having a Sales Consultant like Amanda is truly a credit to Magic Breaks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning a magical trip!

I already have a trip booked and wanted to change the date but it’s near impossible to get through to someone and when you do they take no ownership of your query. No one’s answering the online chat or what’s app and the generic email has a 48 hour turnaround although it seems to be much longer than that! When you do get a response you then respond back to the generic email and have to wait days for another response all whilst the price and availability is changing. Can’t even send a complaint because apparently they are also suppose to be sent to the same email account so there’s literally no point.

We decided to book Disneyland Paris next February for our 7 and 4 year old as they have always wanted to go. We thought it would be a great tester ready for Florida in a few years time.

Alex helped us get this booked and she is incredibly friendly and I felt so comfortable talking to her like we had known each other for years. She is very helpful and sounded as excited as me getting this all booked in for us.

Thanks Alex for making it an easy process to get booked. Can't wait till we surprise our boys with this trip on Christmas Day morning!

So quick to respond to an email enquiry and managed to get us a princess dining reservation even though it’s only 4 weeks until we arrive.

Alex was really helpful booking my trip even when i had multiple changes to quotes and even offered some first hand knowledge of disney paris so easy to have hotel,flights,park tickets and transfers booked in one place

So easy to find and book the holiday we were looking for, great prices for the hotel and park tickets. The only thing that we found was expensive was the travel, so we are going to book that separately, which isn't a problem at all but would have been nice to book it all together.
