They don’t even deserve a star! The smart watch they sold me is sh#*?!… it doesn’t work as the advert shows! Poor quality, touchscreen doesn’t work, no camera as it shows on the advert! It looks like a toy! They are scammers

My advice. Do not buy anything from them. Trust me, you’ll regret if you do!

Rip off, lazy duck night light £29.99 supposedly reduced was going to buy it then I got it on Amazon for £13.99!

I would give zero if I could - item arrived was not as ordered and they won't reply to my email. I will raise a complaint with my credit card provider. Update. Finally got a reply, saying I couldn't return the incorrect item due to COVID (!!!) They suggested a discount and I asked for 80% back, which has now been credited. Will avoid in future

I bought a set of lunch boxes, only to receive a single lunch box. Customer service will not respond to my emails so avoid this company. False advertising and from China. All a con!

Like others, wish I'd read all these reviews before I bought 3 jumpers from them. Looked lovely in the advert but their sizes are up the creek!! No response to endless emails sent. Anyone want 3 lovely ladies tops... Realistic size medium.

17.10.22 Update on this after contacting them via Facebook messenger (and also finally getting a reply to my email, although that's another story) is that I got my refund, in full! Definitely contacting them via FB is better option.

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star, but there wasn't anything lower.
I ordered a large food flask, I received a small shabby plastic food flask that's dented on the inside.
I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions with no response.
I paid £13 plus postage that took 3 weeks to arrive from a UK address.
I'm far from happy with the lack of communication.

This site is a rip off and ran by con artists, ignorantly I made a purchase through Klarna. After waiting over 6 weeks my order arrived and it was the wrong item- what was sent was a pile of tat! I emailed straight away to explain they’d sent the wrong item, the replied I could only have a 50%refund as I couldn’t send the item back due to Covid, after 12 weeks of battling them and with Klarna’s involvement I have finally received a full refund however, I am still £5.99 out of pocket for the delivery charge. I just wish I’d checked reviews first and something I will be doing from now on after this experience !!

Ordered and paid for a garden ornament not delivered, money taken straight away! Emailed twice no answer or response! What can I do!

This site has a .co.uk domain which made me believe that all good advertised will be delivered from UK. Actually all products are coming from China, but they failed to put this piece of information on their site . I ordered two gym T-shirts size L, but when I received the email confirming my order with a tracking number which took me to a Chinese website, I know in that instant that the T-shirts won’t fit , as size L in UK is actually an XXL in China. Three weeks later received my order and as I expected the T-shirts were too small. Asked for an address where I could return the items and also a full refund, but I was told all they can do is a 30% refund and they “can’t accept my package due to corona virus”. Using this excuse it’s just ridiculous. I paid in full for these T-shirts , so I expect a full refund, not 30%.

I ordered a phone charger middle of April. 25th April got email saying order on way. 7th May order still not arrived. I've tried tracking order, when I do it says unknown. Sent email beginning of May, still no reply. Money has been taken out. Facebook must stop advertising this company. It's a scam.

Wish I'd found this site before ordering! Facebook are obviously allowing this company to place ads (which is where I found them). Ordered goods and received email 27 March to confirm order was on way (money taken on 28 March). Sent 2 emails for update - so far nothing! When I clicked on Tracking No. alarm bells started to ring as it took me to a site which was in Chinese!! Will I receive anything, time will tell.
UPDATE: Managed to get English translation re. Tracking No. 1) Order departed China, Shenzhen on 1 April. 2) Departed Hong Kong Airport on 2 April.
3) Arrived UK 4 April at 23.40 pm. "Something" should certainly be with me by weekend? These orders are well travelled!

Ordered the sunflowers wall art which is shown as being huge on their advertising but it came back tiny. Not worth a fiver let alone £22. They claim the original price is over £40 and will go back to that once their sale ends in 2 hours and 28 minutes. Funny thing is, its been saying that for weeks and it always 2 hours and 28 minutes whenever you log on.

Sizes in their charts are ridiculous I am a uk male XL the jacket that came fitted a size12 lady. Sent multiple emails to get a replacement. Their replies were constantly asking for size information from an auto reply. Eventually I was sent a 3X size which on their charts should have been too big. Oh they won't accept returns due to "Covid" the 3X was still too small and had shorter arms than the smaller one and a "size 3X label on the outside shoulder.Jacket looks good in advert but is vastly over priced.this all took weeks and weeks. Do not buy from this company you will regret it. Eventually they refunded 30% so I have 2 jackets that don't fit and are next to useless.

I ordered 2 heated scarfs total cost £31.95 on 31/10/21. They arrived 4 weeks later with out the power packs to heat them so they were useless. I have send so many emails i have lost count. Do not order anything from this company as i still dont have any power packs i have requested a refund but not had a reply so i have useless scarfs and out of pocket by £31.95. I will never use this scamming company again I hate them.

Appalling. Over inflated prices. Automated customer services replies. Item took 6 weeks to arrive, dreadful quality. Now being bombarded with emails from them trying to flog me more of their rubbish.

0 stars. Avoid this company. Its all false advertising and poor customer service they dont respond. Ordered a crystal Advent Calendar took over a month to arrive and turned out to be coloured beads! The website showed national geographic boxes and an assortment of crystals and fossils etc. I bet they don't even allow the warning review I tryed to put against it on their website.
