Support is very helpful
I love mms. Support is very helpful. I order Stage1 from StageX, but it was perfect in 99%. Tuners fixed an issue but I stucked in the circle in the business process. Mirea from support, unblock me, and I get what I paid for.
BTW, stage1 maps are genuine. They are the best on the market.

Good hardware, but the RFT system feels like a scam
While the hardware itself is stable and the protocol coverage is decent, the company's pricing policy—specifically the RFT service—feels like a complete rip-off.
It’s frustrating to pay a regular subscription fee only to find out that you're still charged extra for unlocking specific ECUs. In my opinion, this business model is unacceptable. You pay for the subscription to have the tool ready to work, yet you're hit with additional 'pay-per-unlock' costs for certain controllers. It feels like being charged twice for the same service.
If you're looking for transparent running costs, be careful with Magicmotorsport. Great hardware, but their 'hidden' fees and the RFT system make it feel more like a money grab than a professional partnership.

Regarding the RFT service, we would like to clarify that it is designed for specific ECUs that require advanced reverse engineering or additional development work. Because of the complexity and the resources involved, these operations are handled through a separate service model, which is clearly indicated before performing the operation.
The annual subscription covers regular updates, new protocols, software improvements, and technical support, while services like RFT apply only to particular cases where additional processing is required.
We understand that cost transparency is important for professional workshops, and your feedback is valuable as it helps us improve how we communicate these aspects of the platform.
The server take long time to reply
The server take long time to reply. I find out that it is because of the time zone. I live in Thailand and the time I looked for the part complatible was about before Lunch in Thailand time. If I look for the part no in the afternoon it replied very quick.

To correctly identify an EDC17C69 ECU from the Bosch number, we usually need additional details such as the full Bosch hardware number, software version, or the vehicle model and engine. In some cases, the Bosch number alone may not be sufficient to determine the exact ECU variant.
We recommend opening a ticket on the Helpdesk and including the Bosch number together with any available HW/SW information or a read file, so our technical team can assist you in identifying it correctly.
