I sent a warranty claim in on Monday evening. The next morning I had received an email from Lars asking for a video, which was provided and, later the same day I got a response from Alicia, who confirmed a replacement had been sent, this was all before 5pm on the Tuesday. Great service, thank you.

When I've had problems under warranty, or even most recently, with something the warranty didn't cover, they've always helped out. First of all I bought a dry herb vape for my meds and the purchase was quick easy and hassle free.after a month of use and cleaning the fins broke off of the vape filter cooling chamber and the guys n girls at magic vaporizers sorted me quickly with a replacement..100% recommend this company and their staff..keep up the good work and thankyou 🙂

I highly recommend shopping with these guys, their prices are super competitive especially in comparison to some of the other sellers in the uk. Secondarily I was unfortunate with my first order having had issues with DPD, however MagicVaporizers customer service was straight on the the case and updated me frequently with clear and honest explanations.

They took what was becoming a stressful situation with DPD that was costing me my spare time and removed all the stress.

Highly highly recommend and I will be shopping with them again.

Tinymight2 came with fractured stem. They got in touch 8.30 in the morning by 11.30 a free replacement was on its way. That is what we want, cool

I always buy my dry herb vape s from Magic Vaporizers. Best customer service and products. The prices are great as well and they have all the accessories. No issues with returns (once on previous order, one of the glass tubes broke in post), they sorted it immediately. Great company all round, thanks again.

I bought an Arizer Solo II vape, which stopped working just short of the 2-year guarantee period. After me providing proof of the fault, they arranged the delivery of a brand new one straight away, quite cheerfully.
DPD managed to leave it behind for a day, but even so I had my replacement less than 3 days after reporting it.

I have used them for years when buying vapes and wouldn't shop anywhere else. Really competitive prices but also when I have had the odd issue with any device malfunctioning they are 2nd to none for service provided and have basically instantly provided me a free of charge replacement. Thanks!

Always bought my vaporisers from here, had an xlux roffu go bad after a few months and Alicia helped me file an rma with the manufacturer and i was able to get a new vaporiser next day. Great prices and great selection of vaporisers. 10/10 experience.

I bought the Wolkenkraft FX Mini Ultra a year and a half ago and it stopped working while I was charging it.
It’s supposed to have a 5-year warranty but they didn't apply it.

I won't buy anything again.

The S&B Veasy is 5 Stars too. I love the Venty, but I think that the Veasy is just as good. Maybe some of the control spared for portability and beauty. It’s a fair trade off. It’s magnificent!
