Not a company that handles problems and…

Not a company that handles problems and issues very well at all, which for me is a one the most important attributes not how fast they ship as you want to purchase from someone who actually understands when things go wrong to not argue back with the customer, not making up lies to escape

Customer service is rude

Customer service is rude, arrogant and patronising an unhelpful with the delivery issue. In particular Alicia. Website is not updated, is unclear and the reviews on there are clearly fake as they don’t align with those on trust pilot.

Great support

I bought a TinyMight 2 from this store. Shipping was like predicted. Unfortunately, a glass piece was chipped when it arrived. I contacted the support via the form on the website and after sending proof via e-mail they immediately sent a replacement piece that arrived just as quick. I am very happy with this and will chose this store again if I'm in the market again.

Can't be bothered to help customers.

Tried to make contact with this company regarding an expensive item. No phone number. I wanted help with figuring out what accessories I should purchase with the item. I waited some time for a response to basically be told. They will only email me regarding the item. So I am expected to write massive essays asking about each accessory. As they can't just walk me through it over 5 min call. I was planning on spending over £600, but due to lack of help, the company won't be getting my money.

Honoured my warranty after almost 2 years.

I purchased a mighty storz and bickel in October 2023: I used it daily for most of that time and the charging connector in side packed in after 1 year and 11 months so it was just under warranty so I contacted storz and Bickel and they told me they wouldn’t honour the warranty as it was no longer in the time frame even though they specify 2 years and I could prove proof of purchase and with an authorised third party company. I thought ok I’ll try where I bought it from and see what they say as I had nothing to lose and I can not fault them at all! They got it sorted out and refunded me completely after 2 years of use on the device. I purchased the upgrade to the venty vape and I wouldn’t buy one anywhere else now as I have full confidence in the company and I am confident in them and their customer service. Alicia dealt with my claim and got everything sorted for me. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful service with excellent comunication. They were fast, polite and solved my problem in a record time. I was given a brand new device because the old one stopped charging. I have purchased three devices from this site so far, will definitely buy more in the future. Thank you, N.

After UPS delivered the order to…

After UPS delivered the order to completely different person, MagicVaporizers were not able to help me, they just keep replying me with "please wait until UPS will solve it", now they stopped communicating completelly. So basically I just wasted 300€ to never see any order. Strongly not recommended

I ordered from Magic Vaporizers on 2…

I ordered from Magic Vaporizers on 2 October with the promise of next-day delivery. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly a week. My parcel was stuck at DPD’s depot for days, and the communication from Magic Vaporizers was poor and slow. Every time I emailed, my ticket was pushed to the back of the queue, so I had to wait even longer for vague replies that never gave me a clear answer.

I finally received my parcel 6–7 days late, and by then the stress and frustration had completely ruined the experience. The company might blame DPD, but my contract was with them, not the courier.

⚠️ Be aware when buying from this company – “next day delivery” is far from guaranteed.

Great customer service

Great products, quick postage, outstanding customer service. I'm glad I bought from Magic Vapes rather than Amazon! My Mighty arrived with one slightly bent but fully functional dosing capsule and they happily sent me a really nice key ring caddy with 4 spares free of charge :)
