POOR DYLAN

I bought this product for my child to help them with a routine every day, but I was let down to the fact that Dylan no longer wanted to use it as it wasn't very easy fir him to get his head around. Could you please make a new product with an simpler setup or a nicer font...

Rubbish bags on your windows

I purchased the blackout sheets for windows for my son to have a dark room at night time. They worked fine until week 6, then they started falling off the windows. I tried putting static back into it and it would work short term but after a couple of days it was back to falling off again. On their website they claim it lasts for OVER 12 weeks, in our case it barely reached 8 before it became unbearable to battle with it. I tried contacting them, they responded with a stupid response of "it depends on which surface you put them on" and after that they vanished. I did exactly what they said on the website but it still failed to work as long as they claimed. You have as much luck putting plain rubbish bags on your windows as these useless and overpriced sheets (a homophone for sheet would be more accurate here...).
Avoid these scammers. A disgrace to Dragon's Den.

SCAM

SCAM! Product is rubbish & overpriced. Daughter bought two roles of magic white board to help revise for her exams. It doesn't stick to walls, just peels off to a heap on the floor.
Tried to complain and get refund for daughter who is school girl, email no response, messenger blocked, comments on FB deleted!
Dragons Den must be so ashamed of these low grade SCAMMERS

Avoid the stopvirus part of this company

This review is for the stopvirus.co.uk part of this company.
Absolutely dreadful - avoid, I feel completely ripped off. I wanted to prepare my family for a safe flight, so I looked for a UK company to provide PPE-level masks. I ordered 10xN95 masks (£49.99 for the box), 4 adult face shields (£6.99 each) and a kids's face shield (£9.99).
The kids' face shield was exactly the same as the adult size (but £3 more). The masks were also in 2 packs, which wasn't stated on the website, however cheaper masks were stated as being in 2 packs. I rang and emailed the company for a refund of the difference and to ask about the face masks. No reply to email and the person who answered the phone was unable to help me.
Their website uses the same photos for face masks at £34.99, £39.99 and £49.99 price points.
So, today I come to pack for holiday and opened up one of the masks to try on - the ear loops both snapped off. Same with 2 others - so I have 7 from 10 usable. I might as well have just got them off a one star supplier on Amazon. It's a good job I didn't wait to hand out the facemasks at the airport.
So, my advice is to buy elsewhere. Poor service, poor quality - they appear to be taking advantage of the public's concern in the current pandemic to make a fast buck.
