Ordered a custom made chalkboard and it arrived within the timeframe given, customer service was amazing and answered any questions I had very quickly! Couldn’t recommend this company any more, item was well packaged and brilliant service. I have never had a chalkboard that the chalk writes on and erases so smoothly! Combine it with Hagoromo chalk for the perfect combination! Ceramic steel chalkboards are very high quality compared to other types, no ghosting even with coloured chalk. Thank you Boards Direct!

I made an order with Boards Direct just before midday today, Friday 24 April. The corkboard rolls and adhesive were delivered in person before 4pm today, Friday 24 April! Before they had even sent the email confirming my order - in fact at 7pm the email still has not arrived. So well done!

Ordered a chalkboard as it was advertised next day delivery! Not true ! As soon as I had paid - invoice says 2-3 days !! I needed it yesterday . Another company that does not tell the truth . I couldn’t email I had to send ‘ a ticket’ which I did as soon as I realised it wasn’t going to arrive when I needed it . It is now four days later I have neither heard anything from them or received the board . Extremely Upset ! Will not order from these again !!

Delivery of initial materials was fast, whilst the Board was ordered (and David monitored progress for me throughout). The board was delivered when expected, very well packaged - important consider it was glass. It was also easy to install and feels very sturdy to write on. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service - We ordered a number of notice boards from Boards Direct. The quality of the products is excellent & the prices are very good too. We unfortunately had an issue with one of the boards having a bend in it when it was unpackaged but this was instantly resolved as soon as we made the company aware.
Kelly in Customer Services could not have been lovelier or more helpful. She resolved our issue extremely quickly & with zero fuss - Customer Service at it's best. Thank you. We will recommend you highly & definitely use you in future for any of our notice board needs!

Board delivered within 2 days. The cork board is really excellent quality with a layer of thick cork. I am very impressed with the quality of the board.

The company responded very quickly to our enquiry regarding their Eco-sound material range, and Managing Partner David Shaw was particularly helpful in despatching a set of samples to us which arrived within two days. This was really useful in being able to evaluate the material and also check for colour.

Having made an order, the delivery was in good time and exceptionally well packaged to prevent damage.

The material we chose was 9mm thick Eco-Sound, which takes pins easily but is firm and dense enough to provide a pleasing, quality finish. The edges need handling with a little care to prevent damage but the material is easy to handle and not excessively heavy.

We used the two custom panels to create a display area in our bar and are delighted with the quality of finish, the service we received, and the end result.

I've no hesitation in recommending Boards Direct based on my experience, and also grateful to David for his prompt advice (by both phone and email) on materials, sizes and adhesives.

I ordered a whiteboard for our Bowling Club and they were so impressed with it they asked me to order a 2nd one for them . Extremely well made Whiteboard . And very easy to hang up on wall .

Update: Following this post, customer service has been very proactive and resolved the matter. While I would have appreciated if this kind of action was taken prior to my post, once it was raised here, the team did everything to ensure my package arrived.

I spent thousands of pounds on a mobile white board, only for it to be delivered without the mobile base.

This transpired over a month ago and I still have yet to receive the base despite being told several times it was on its way or was scheduled for delivery.

Great customer service after issues with the courier DX Express with swift replacement order processed and quick delivery via their own transport. Would avoid DX Express, but happy to recommend Boards Direct

All round excellent service. Kelly was quick to follow up on requirements for a custom order, and kept me informed through the process. Delivery was smooth, packaging was very robust and the board looks great on my new office wall
