Great people, great product! I wanted a whiteboard wall for our office. I was given good advice about what product to choose. When I placed my order I received good communication about delivery. Now the whiteboard panels are on the wall and they look stunning!

Order #1691349701. Updated review. There was a problem with the cork board provided. Once I told Boards Direct about it, they immediately sent me another one without question. I place a high value on customer service and this experience gives me confidence to buy from them again. I have given 4 stars only because of the initial problem.

I called Boards Direct to ask if they could help in arranging next day delivery of my order as we needed it ASAP. Robin was fantastic, confirmed straight away it would be possible and he would get a quote and call me back. Everything was arranged quickly, I had complete confidence as Robin was so efficient and clear on every detail, and the products in our order are fantastic quality and exactly what we needed.

Picked this company randomly from the internet, so always slightly nervous until the item arrives. Very pleased with the item and customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again

Robin was extremely helpful at the ordering stage, finding just the right board for our needs - externally mounted on a container, ip56 watertight and lockable.
The board was delivered after 9 days and is no lightweight! Heavy gauge aluminium alloy frame, steel back for use with magnets and it holds 8 A4 sheets. It is very well made and finished with no sharp edges or corners and is real value for money.
A delightful company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, a real pleasure to buy from.

Courier damaged the board. Customer service quickly processed a new board that was promptly delivered. Poor initial experience was dealt with and corrected well.

I would just like to thank David and Robin for the excellent service I received. I urgently needed a few white magnetic glass writing boards and they managed to get them to me in record time as promised. It was my first time dealing with Boards Direct but it will not be my last. Very happy with the product and the service.

Ordered a 5 felt boards for my school, next day delivery as needed urgently. Arrived on time, with shipping details sent promptly. Recommended.

Still waiting for my board over a week later. Customer service is appalling. One person says it has been dispatched, the next says it will be sent that day. Even had a message to say it has been delivered followed by another to say it will be delivered today. Still no sight of the board though. Next day delivery is a joke.

I ordered an extra large whiteboard, unfortunately it was delivered damaged. I informed customer services and they immediately sent a replacement in extra packaging. Excellent product with swift, professional service. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again! Thank you

Agreed quote and design. Asked for callback to pay for the order. No-one rang. Eventually rang them. No apology but happy to take my money. Order placed nearly a month ago. Still no board. No responses to emails. No sign of delivery. In fact, when I ring to chase progress they don’t even know where the board is. Three times my complaint has been referred to ‘management’. Got one call back from a director saying board might be with me Thursday, if not Friday latest. Nothing arrived. Sent email Saturday asking for call back. Nothing. No acknowledgement. No call back. Rang again just now. They still don’t know where the board is. Promised a call back. Yeah, right. Not holding my breath.
