Loved the magnetic whiteboard “wallpaper” I got from these guys. It was easy to install (2 people needed) and has provided a great result. I mt was the only way I could get a floor to ceiling and wall to wall whiteboard when I have a sloping ceiling. The team there were very helpful and delivery was quick.

Was sold next day delivery on their website. 3 days have past, no delivery, no tracking, no communication. Not even dispatched yet.

I ordered a board from Boards Direct but initially received the wrong colour due to a mix-up. While their team, especially David and Ashleigh-Beth, worked quickly to resolve the issue and sent a replacement, the experience left room for improvement. The board itself is of good quality and competitively priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the process could have been smoother from the start. Decent service overall.

I ordered a whiteboard for my daughter’s room and, unfortunately, it didn’t rub clean properly. (A manufacturing problem, not a BoardsDirect product!) When I called Kelly at Boards Direct, she was so helpful, kind and extremely proactive. She arranged to collect the board, sent us a new one and also sent a few extras to make up for the inconvenience. Nothing was too much effort for her and she really was brilliant. The new board is fabulous - looks so smart in my daughter’s room and has already been so useful for her revision. Thanks Kelly!!!

Following a glitch in the matrix I received the wrong colour board. David sprang into action (answering emails at 11 at night) and Ashleigh-Beth and the team got things straightened out kind of immediately. New board arrived, properly made and properly wrapped. It's a quality product, competitively priced, from a team that genuinely cares about customer service. A rare find!

Easy and quick to order a very large whiteboard. Great customer service, delivered next day, looks great and good value, would recommend!

I had regular updates about delivery and time….
2 days later the item arrived and the delivery driver was a friendly polite chap…

Waited a long time for the goods and when received they were partly damaged. Again had to wait a long time for a replacement. Then had to endure a VERY aggressive accounts department chasing payment daily with multiple calls and emails. Its a shame as the final product received was good.

Ordered a board for my father-in-law who is in early stages of dementia, to help with his day to day routine and remind him of up and coming appointments etc.
Ashleigh listened and recommended a whiteboard that had the days of the week printed on the board in each in a different colour that was perfect!

I contacted Boards Direct to see if they could help me to create a permanent reminder board using a note from my late father-in-law in order to assist us with the care of my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer’s. Ashleigh went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations and the service and product is phenomenal. I can’t thank them enough, the entire experience has been truly outstanding and it’s so wonderful to find a company with staff who are so kind and considerate, as well as being so talented.

Office Visit: I had a chat with Bex and Kelly for some advice and guidance, on the different types of board and coverings, to be used for my Hornby 00 guage Train Set.
In summary, they provided various samples and allowed me to test them for strength and to insert my track pins, to check the depth in mm.
I purchased an Eco Sound Unframed Blazemaster Felt Board ( Green), which is perfect for my needs. Delivered in good time.
Very friendly, professional and efficient service offered by the team at Boards Direct.

Gosh! Such lovely people (Kelly, Bex and Ashleigh) who bent over backwards to ensure I got my order in time for a birthday, despite transport challenges. So nice to find a company where you can phone and get through to real human beings, who care about every order - no matter how small - work effectively as a team, and do their utmost to minimise any issue, providing options and solutions.
