Frustrating company with poor customer service

I am truly frustrated with this company.
I place an order of samples on 16th January, this was not dispatched until a week later on the 23rd January.
As of today, 8th February I have emailed 3 times and left a voicemail asking where my order is and if they can help.
NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. I have paid a postage fee for the samples which isn’t a lot but I just expected them to arrive.
Extremely frustrating and very poor customer service.

There is a maximum number of 10 samples (as per the website), you ordered 16. I am sorry you haven't received a reply to your email. I will ensure you are sent another sample pack. Thank you

Lovely item, very frustrating communication

The noticeboard itself was lovely when it arrived however communication was incredibly frustrating and aligns with others' experiences stated in their reviews. I placed an order on 2nd January. I received a notification on 23rd January saying item had been dispatched. I emailed over a week later asking for an update as item had still not been received. I then emailed and phoned the next week and received no response. After no response a week after my initial email, I asked for a refund and said I would be reporting to trading standards if this didn't happen. Only then was my email responded to and item was delivered a couple of days later. I hope this company can improve their communication and customer experience.

Non-existent customer service, HUGE delays

For those wondering, the owner of this company is the same as The Handpainted Frame Company (www. handpaintedframes .co.uk). I echo everything that has been posted by other reviewers. Horrible customer service - well, nonexistent actually. I ordered some frames and had zero update from the company for several weeks. I called multiple times, straight to voicemail. No response to my several emails. I even messaged them on Instagram and commented on their most recent post (where I found several other people wondering where their orders were...). Finally, I sent a letter in the mail to their postal address threatening to report them to Trading Standards. I received my frames a week later. Unbelievably poor business practices - I would avoid them at all costs.

Very sorry you had this experience. This was a difficult time after two family bereavements so sometimes calls were not answered as I focused on getting orders out. I did however not receive any letter as outlined. I do however apologise for any inconveneince caused.

No response at all to a request for information

I have experienced exactly the same as 'Mark Glasgow'. I have left several voicemail messages asking for an update on my order and now their voicemail inbox is full, so I am assuming these are not being listened to. I have not received a reply in any form to my emails requesting information. Over £90 has been taken from my account and currently I have very little hope of receiving a product in return - such a disappointment as I was really excited to receive the bespoke noticeboard I ordered. Stupidly I did not order this on my credit card, so I am now assuming this is money lost. I will be requesting a refund if there continues to be no contact, although I imagine this request will go unanswered too.

A total failure...

A total failure...If only I had read the reviews before we placed and order.

When we emailed this company for news about our order, as there had been nothing from them, we did get a quick reply making a promise of immediate action; but that was it. No other emails we sent were ever replied to, and our 35 'phone calls asking for news about our missing order were all ignored.

We had to get a refund from our Credit Card Company, which was granted without delay, so we are not out of pocket, but we would suggest folk maybe read the reviews before placing an order.

Ordered products from them in March

Ordered products from them in March, still hadn't received them by end of August. Cancelled order and sought refund, still nothing two months later. One nonsense excuse after another when they deign to answer an email. As for trying to reach somebody on the phone? Forget about it - they always seem to be out of the office or uncontactable. Awful service, avoid at all costs

If I could rate lower I would. Horrible and completely unprofessional group. I received 5 different quotes for the same product. Waiting days for a callback. Claim to be an Irish company but yet payment to be made to a group in England? Passed away all the time as no one knew their job or as I was told they are out of the office at the moment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ignore her reply below! Months pass and she threatens me. I have proof it is the right company. I was in so way threatening her. She simply doesn’t like people to know her company is bad!

This review is about a completely different company and I have proof of that. I have had no contact with this reviewer and have disputed this review. After a request for information through Trustpilot I received numerous abusive emails from this reviewer.

In response to your unfounded aggression towards me and your edited review, please do post your proof as you have received no quotations from us but from a commercial noticeboard business who also trades in Ireland. As discussed, we are not in Ireland or have ever claimed to be. You have the wrong company. Please can you desist making damaging and upsetting comments please.
