Fed up asking James to close my account been sending emails every day now for months and when you ask on chat they tell you they are sorry that it’s only him that can do it this company are fraudulent stay well clear from them also you never win

This is embarrassing I've been waiting for the withdrawal of funds since 15.02.2025 for a ridiculous £800, previous smaller withdrawals were processed quickly enough, so we checked everything before and it was fine, they're still supposedly checking 😂 no words. I wrote to them to shove this money up their asses and close the account, no response

Awful company don’t use! Been over 2 months and haven’t received money, no updates and just a copy and pasted response when you contact them. Scam company

Told them I was taking legal action after waiting 2 months and still not getting my withdrawal to be told "good luck with that" by bambi. I've reported them to Curacao gambling commission and I urge others to do the same.

Awful site, waited over 21 workings days like they said for a withdrawal only for them to still send the same useless messages back. The person I spoke to today via the online chat said they are just over run, I called them out for being a fraudulent scam site and she just responded with "is there anything else I can help you with" I then said you're not even denying it, she said just be patient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I have reported the site and I suggest you all do the same.
They've also now put the website address to magicwin2.bet

I am still waiting for my withdrawal from them has been one month and one week since my withdrawal date and nothing

I requested my first (and only) withdrawal on 22 Dec expecting it to take 24-48 hours as per their T&Cs.

48 hours passed, enquired about the withdrawal on the chat bot which stated a standard time of 7-21 days.

After 30 days nothing. I email them and got the standard response “it takes time” etc etc.

Last week on my account balance page the status changed from “awaiting” to “approved” and the reason changed from “user request” to processed.

This morning my withdrawal amount of £1700 arrived in my bank account.

I’m extremely pleased and pretty surprised as I never thought I would get it! It has taken almost 2 months though.

People need to stop reviewing casinos when they lose, losing is a fair part of gambling, but Magicbet is not that, IT IS A SCAM.

They do not pay withdrawals, their live chat will end the chat on you if you ask too many questions, and they have copy paste responses for everything, Including when you challenge them about their trustpilot reviews!

Just don't do it, you are GUARANTEED TO LOSE with this site, as a win will not be paid to you. They also changed their site address to magicwin1 in an attempt to escape their old bad reviews.

Everyone who has deposited, contact your bank (Don't mention gambling), you should get your money back this way.

Quick to take your deposit, but simply won't pay you for a withdrawal.
Had a withdrawal pending since 12th Dec you get exactly the same message when you enquire, they are busy and doing checks.
100% scam company.

To late for me and others, but surely the UK Gambling Commission can block these rogue companies, and there are many...

It's a scam, very concerned as I have a withdrawal pending for over £200 and another £600 sitting in my account.

Can i ask has anyone actually got their withdrawals through? Very worried and not sure what to do...any sound advice would be appreciated.

I’ve been waiting since 2nd Jan for a withdrawal. Keeps being put back into my account after every 60 days .. you won’t get the money.

So here I am to leave yet another review on this waste of time casino! So I'd been using the site and I never had a good win, just a few pence of the odd couple of pound, but I had a few wins one night and I withdrew it £380.18 was the 18'th of September, they gave me loads of poor excuses as to why I didn't get the withdrawal sorted was always on pending, and I messaged them once or twice a week wanting to know what was going on with it! All I got told for a whole 19 weeks was we'll message the financial department and get it sorted out asap for you 🤬, but on the 19'th week I checked the progress of my withdrawal and it had been reversed to my account and when I read why it said because it hadn't been processed after 3 months 🤷🤦, and they'd even removed the withdrawal option that I'd used and they wanted to have my bank account details to pay me, account number, sort code, IBAN, I was like if your a FRAUDULENT SITE and don't pay out our money then why on earth would i trust you with those details 😬🤦🤬

They will not pay your withdrawal, they make every excuse, say it takes 21 days. After 21 days they make more excuses. They will change the website name. It was magicwin1.bet but they changed it to magicwin2bet , it’s an absolute scam. They take your money, beware people

AVOID They don’t like to pay you out and when they rarely do it takes ages, there is another site exactly the same called iwinfortune both are an absolute load of sh*te

Still waiting for withdrawal from October absolute scam company!! As i looked in to the site, looks like they don’t hold a license! We should all get a law suit going! They don’t pay any winnings just completely scamming everyone who plays on the site

Would give them no stars if I could. Nothing positive to report since my previous post, suffice to say that their customer "service" staff are hopeless and rude. To anyone reading this, I implore you not to deposit any money with this bunch of thieves, as you will not see a penny back.
Of course, if anyone from the Magic Win or their parent company has the guts to respond and refute my comments, apologise and more importantly, pay all clients who are owed money, that would be most helpful. Sadly, I don't think they will however.
