After about 18 months my 5200xl developed an issue where the bowl would rattle unless I held it in place. I contacted support and was in contact with Jenny who asked me to confirm a few things to see if it could be diagnosed remotely.
When we couldn't resolve it remotely I sent the unit back to magimix who identified it was an issue with the casing, after which the case was replaced with no quibbles at all and back to me a week later.
There was absolutely no push back or challenges just a super helpful support and warranty experience and one that really did backup the belief that these are a machine for life.

I had an issue with my food processor when it stopped working completely. I sent a note to customer service asking for help. Lesley replied very quickly, showed me very clearly a number of possible different solutions to the problem and fixed it!! Fantastic service, fantastic knowledge, a really wonderful experience. I'm so impressed that I have vowed to name all my children 'Lesley' in the future.

I just don't 'get' negative reviews about Magimix. Not only have we had amazing service from the Magimix machines we have (a 4200XL mixer and a pod coffee machine) but also, when we recently needed some help on the mixer, the personal service was above and beyond anything a customer might reasonably expect after years of use. I think the problem is, when things serve us well we take them for granted, but when things go wrong some people like to shout about it. Our mixer has been repaired by Magimix free of charge. Bloody marvellous service, considering the problem was caused by my cack-handedness. We have ordered a new 4200XL, and will pass the old one, now working like new, on to our offspring. This would be the third magimix steamer I have purchased over the years . They are long lasting easy to use dishwasher friendly and steam food that taste delicious .
I have purchased many other steamers in the past yet none of them come up to magimix standards .
The last purchase was only last week unfortunately the plug socket was incorrect, within 48 hrs magimix had responded and sent me correct plug socket .
Not only are there products of great quality their customer services beyond excellent.
Sadly the same cannot be said for many other companies when you have a problem , this certainly makes me confident in the future if I wish to purchase any of magimix products.

I recently ordered a food processor from Magimix UK, but instead, I received a fire pit. Initially, I was excited to try new recipes and planned a large get-together to showcase my new kitchen gadget. However, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
Firstly, my order did not arrive on time. When I finally received the package, it was not the food processor I ordered but a fire pit. This mix-up was extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, Magimix UK's customer care has been unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have been evasive and have only delayed the process further. It's now been two weeks, and I still haven't received the correct item or any satisfactory resolution.
This experience has completely soured my view of Magimix UK. I wish I had ordered from a more reliable source. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their service to anyone.

We had an issue with our magimix bowl and lid not shutting together properly. When I contacted Jennie in Magimix UK, she was exceedingly helpful and sent us out new replacements for the bowl and lid. It was all very efficient.

Bought a new Magimix Compact and delighted with it. Does everything you could possibly want and is extremely user friendly. My last one was 23 years old, still working but on its last legs so I decided to treat myself. So pleased I did.

Had a problem with the whisk attachment, and although the machine was under guarantee I was not hopeful of a resolution - well I was very wrong! Speedy response, excellent customer service, whisk replaced promptly and response email was not 'anonymous' generated by machine, but friendly and helpful. Thank you Jenny!

Upon the untimely death of my wife, I was left with a virtually new Magimix food processor. I wished to give this to the daughter of a friend, a keen cook, just starting-out in a new home, but could not find the instruction manual. Jenny at Magimix responded promptly to my plea for help, sending me pdf versions of the relevant literature and following-up with a beautifully illustrated hardback cook book and a free useful spatula. Her help was efficient and sensitive, and I'm very grateful.

It leaks and leaves a pool of water.
Poor response from company service department. Not interested in repairs.
Response to Trust Pilot posting saying they do not cover old equipment
The Coffee make is ONLY 5 YEARS old.
Yet on their website there is a guarantee to repair items up to 30 years.
The ethos seems to be USE and CHUCK OUT despite low age and claims to the contrary on their website
I also took it to a repair cafe where volunteers help to repair items. They managed for a 30 year old kitchen appliance but the Magimix M200 was too difficult. So think twice before buying as its a USE and CHUCK OUT-effect on planet of secondary concern

Magimix blender Power 4 arrived faulty. I ordered from Magimix website it. I contacted customer support as I have 30 days to return it, I will update on response, it seems like it takes a while.

After 10 days I finally got refund. Moreover, company claimed that blender was in working conditions. Then why would I buy the same blender the day I sent the faulty one? :) The new blender worked fine BTW. This company attitude and refund process has to be improved.
The blender actually good, I recommend.
