These phone chargers are fast-charging, which is very handy for me if I need to charge my phone within an hour or two. Delivery did take a little over three weeks, hopefully my next order from Magn... See more

Don't work for long
Similar to the other reviews, worked great for couple of weeks before the connection starts to break down. Also paid a lot extra for the fast charging cable which didn't fast charge. Ended up just being a Rio off.

Does not work, will not refund
Does not work. Will not refund. Keep sending me inane emails like 'have you tried turning off and on your device'. Don't buy it, it's a scam.
Updating my review: they contacted me, said they'd give me a refund, wrote a response to my review here saying they've refunded me. They did not refund me but give me an 'account credit'. So they lied to me and on this review.

Not a good experience.
When the cables work, they are great. Unfortunately, a lot of time the cables do not work, or they will not charge. After a while the small connectors you put into your devices (especially the lightning ones) will stop working. I've bought 10 cables and had 2 replacements. One of the replacements didn't work on arrival.
Would not buy or recommend these cables.
I bought a Magnilink 360 charging cable…
I bought a Magnilink 360 charging cable starter pack. Product worked well for about 6 months, then charger end connector became sketchy, and f---d up the USB-C port on my laptop, too. Customer service unresponsive. Total scammers. Keep well away from them.
wrong item and failure to respond...
I ordered a 2 pin EU GaN charger and was sent a 3 pin UK version - i have contacted Magnilink twice since and had no acknowledgement or response
Would give them NO STARS if possible
Would give them NO STARS if possible. I purchased a charging cable specifically to use in my car with ApplePlay. Paid much more than i normally would pay for cable but wanted one just to use in my car. It doesn’t work and I have reached out to them at least 6-9 times without response. They do not stand behind their products nor do they care about their customers. I would avoid doing any business with them!!!!!
I ordered a universal magnetic charger…
I ordered a universal magnetic charger 3 weeks ago and I’ve still not received my parcel or had a reply to my email enquiring about it. Got a feeling I’ve been scammed…
I wish I would had read the reviews…
I wish I would had read the reviews before purchasing. My bad. It simply does not work. It is a great idea I was really looking forward to using it. It has taught me one thing look at the reviews first.
These items are not compatible with…
These items are not compatible with iPhone 15 coupled with Usb3/4 adapters to their USB C inputs. THEY WILL NOT CONNECT . As such are useless with an iPhone 15 in car or any other charger except for UsbC mains plug.
Their “ customer services’ are far from adequate, which from my experience is typical of a US “ family run” buisiness.
They avoid returning items in my experience

Defective
Selling non functional defective products. Bought a power adapter along with a cable, power adapter does not work. Customer service sent a replacement, which also does not work. Appalling quality, avoid.
I’ve used magnilink chargers for years…
I’ve used magnilink chargers for years now, and I’ve reached a point where I think I’m going to return to mostly traditional charging. I thought I’d share my experience, pros and cons of magnetic charging, and specific quirks I’ve noticed with these products.
First of all, I’m someone who uses a lot of devices, and part of what drew me to magnetic charging was the convenience of using these magnetic tips so I can charge basically any device with one kind of cable. By my bed I had this shelf, with this surge protector in the shape of a small tower, and a nightmare of different cables for different devices. It was actually horrible. It worked but it looked horrible and it was a mess and I hated it. Being able to get rid of that and just use a few cables was amazing, though it’s worth noting Magnilink has adapters for USB C, lightning (apple chargers, mostly in iPhones), and Micro USB. This covers most devices, but the reason I’m taking a step back from magnetic charging ultimately comes from the fact that apple is finally moving on from lightning with the iPhone 15, and almost all of the devices I use these days are USB C.
I’ll probably still use magnetic charging for the Micro USB stuff since I already have so many cables, but there are some downsides to magnetic charging no one really talks much about.
Like for example, I always felt responsible to carry a charger with me in case I was out with friends and my phone needed some extra charge to make it through the night. In most cases, my friends would offer me a charger, and I’d have to apologize and remind them I have these adapters I use for magnetic charging. You might wonder why I dont just, pull out the adapter while I use their charger. Well, any time I’ve tried to remove the adapter on most devices myself, it’s snapped. I have lots of spares from all the charger’s I’ve bought, so it’s not too big of a deal, but it’s definitely annoying. The only way I’ve been able to remove them with confidence without that happening (admittedly easier on some devices than others) is a pair of small pliers, which for a bit I just carried with me in a bag, before deciding it was easier to just keep a spare charger with me.
I did have a Magnilink cable I used in my car to connect to car play, and while I’m not 100% sure if this is due to the cable or poor connection, it wasn’t reliably connected. Sometimes in the middle of driving using the navigation, it would just disconnect, and at a light I’d have to unplug it, try cleaning it, and other random things to fix it. Sometimes it would work, others I couldn’t get it to work for the life of me and would just drive home without carplay which was very frustrating. Again, could be the fault of my car, as the car radio has always been finicky.
More recently Magnilink has their Pro chargers, with 100W charging which is enough for most devices (unfortunately not enough for my laptop which needs 130W, worth checking how much your biggest devices need before buying), and while these chargers are fantastic and it’s amazing charging higher end devices quickly, they’re not backwards compatible. That is to say, if I want to utilize my phone’s max 30W charging which feels so fast and nice, I had to have enough pro chargers and no longer use the normal once since they also have different adapter magnetic tips that only work with their corresponding group of chargers.
This was disappointing since I’d been following the pro since its announcement on kickstarter, and it meant I had more cables to buy than I had wanted to if I wanted to keep using them around the house and in my car and stuff.
Ultimately with my current magnetic charging ecosystem having 2 main types of cables, and knowing if I went back to traditional charging I’d have 2 types of cables, I don’t see much of a reason to continue with magnilink, however, there’s also a couple reasons I’m concerned and that have made me want to switch more.
Namely, I’ve had this happen a few times with traditional magnilink chargers and the pro variants, but sometimes when charging something isn’t working right. I don’t know enough about specifically what happpens, my guess would be the adapter tip isn’t correctly transferring the power to the device, because a couple of times I’ve plugged in my phone or another device like an iPad I used for notes in class, and the tip would be burning hot when I realized it wasn’t actually charging. I’ve burnt myself but nothing serious, just annoying. I don’t know why it happens, but it feels concerning to my safety and well, the safety of my devices. I don’t think something that hot plugging into the device is a good thing, but I’m no expert.
Ultimately, it should tell you something that I’ve stuck with this brand for so long. I do think they’re the best when it comes to magnetic charging, I’m just moving on from it for the reasons above.
Rubbish
I bought the two metre cable and from the beginning it doesn't work. The USB C socket is a loose fit in the phone but even when held in it still doesn't charge. The "help" doesn't reply of course. Just another POS sold on the internet. Don't waste your money like me.
1m cables good, 2m cables bad.
I bought 3x 1m cables and they have been working perfectly for charging the devices on my desk - wireless headphones, mouse, keyboard (not fast charging mind). This encouraged me to by a 2m cable so I could charge my headset if it ever ran out during calls and have a bit freedom of movement. Unfortunately this simply didn't work at all for the same devices (even for slow charging). Magnilink sent me another but that was just as bad. I settled on buying an extension cable for one of the 1m cables unfortunately.
I have purchased the Magnilink 360 MAXX…
I have purchased the Magnilink 360 MAXX cables twice now (7/2022 and 1/2023). They work fine for awhile but then I start having issues with Fast Charging. Worst yet, the slow charging is really slow as in wake up in the morning and my phone is not completely charged. With the 1st set I actually had a cord that sparked when I connected it. It displaced one of the contacts on the charger. I contacted the company and they would do nothing, they would not even acknowledge that issue. I started having issues charging and I tried replacing the tip on my phone charging port. The charging then improved. The whole reason I have chosen to go with these is the issue with charging ports on phones. They just do not last. I do not think that purchasing these bundles every 6 months is a workable solution. They also advertise that you can charge while gaming, but these cords do disconnect very easily. And everytime I plug in now, I have to check and make sure it is "fast charging", otherwise I will grab my phone and there will be almost no difference in the battery.
Thankyou for the fine service not !!!
Quick to take your money, shipping is ok, product is less than poor.
Cords started failing after a few months. several attempts to contact with no reply. When I did get a reply they want photos and a pint of blood. If you have money to waste this is a good place for that.
Terrible cable and even worse refund policy
The cable barely works. The item your charging must be sitting exactly still or it will constantly disconnect as the magnet is very week. The advertisement where they hold the phone by the magnet cable is rubbish. Tried that and the phone dropped easily every time (iPhone x) The refund system is a disgrace. Your telling me the product costs £15.. The shipping costs £5 so £20 overall. When you refund us you don’t refund the postage cost so we only get £15 back.. you also don’t cover the cost to send your broken crap back to you so I would only get refunded £10 when I bought a faulty item for £20… what a waste and a disgrace of service. I don’t know who’s rating this over 3 stars but it’s probably fake
I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago
I bought 8 cables about 3 months ago. 3 have already failed. On one the charging head fell off and the other two just would not connect. The remaining cables seem a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they connect straight away but mostly it requires some wiggling and rotating to get the connection to work. Overall I’m disappointed.
Waste of money
Waste of money. The three I purchased only charge for a while and then cut out. pretty unreliable in my opinion. Same happens on my Iphone and Ipad, sometimes they connect other times it doesn't. so I've given up on them and use my original charging systems.
