I've had these cables for over 6 months. At first I was thrilled with the convenience and ease of charging. Over time the cables have slowed down. Android fast charger and standard cable would fast charge from 50% to full in about an hour. These cables would be over 5 hours. Constantly cleaning both the cables and adapters. Slightest amount of anything stuck on either side will hinder the connection and cause long or even no charging. Again I love the magnetic connection for the ease of use but I only use it at night. Any time I want a fast charge I go back to the original cable.
I have been working with customer service to help identify problems and how I dealt with the issues or what I tried amd they have been great. I feel they want a success and I think they will get there.

My cable worked great when I first got it but stopped charging my phone properly, I emailed their customer service and a customer care agent, Stacey, was very helpful and has sent me a replacement cable free of charge. I like this company

DON'T USE THESE CHARGERS!!

Instead of charging, this charger drains my phone for battery. worst crap ever, and also very expensive.

So stay away from this product.

I have issues with the strength in my hands due to two neck surgeries. MagniLink makes it possible to power my devices even in the dark!

My Grandson told me about this amazing charger. I had an issue with it not charging my iPad Air 3. I sent an email which was promptly answered suggesting I power off my iPad and then restarting it before using the charger. It worked immediately so I am a very happy customer.

They work as advertised. Strong magnet, transfers data, seems to be sturdy built. To speak on my customer service experience, I had one defective plug in my order and it was replaced (with extras) and at my place within 5 days. That means alot to me so 5 stars for Magnilink.

I ordered some of Magnilink cables, one for the car and the other for home and 2 for presents. They arrived safely. The cables looked rugged, and are good quality. However I noticed I was having a problem with one of them. I messaged them and explained the problem. I was very quickly contacted by customer service. After a few questions which I replied to, they immediately agreed to send out a replacement cable.Excellent customer service and a really useful product.

I recently ordered a pair of Magnilink cables, one for the car and the other for the home. The package arrived very fast and in great shape. The cables looked extremely rugged, and quality made. As I was setting them up in both locations, I noticed I was having a slight problem with one of them. After replying to their shipping email with a short explanation of the problem, I was quickly contacted by customer service. After a few questions, they immediately sent out a replacement cable. Great product, excellent customer service!

We ordered 3 wires, one of which was faulty, they replaced it straight away and we didn't even need to return the broken one. Direct, simple and friendly communication. Would recommend.

I had a Great Experience! This was my email to the help desk at Magnlink. I recently bought a tip for a micro USB and I just received it today. I plugged it into my device and then plugged my Magnlink cable onto it and nothing happens. I pushed it in as far as it would go but still no charging action. What should I do? Great Products, Great Customer Service!

As a person that delivers packages based off am app on my phone I am always plugging and unplugging my device from the charger. I've always wondered if im destroying my phone by doing this. Magnilink not only fixes that problem for me, they made it so easy to connect to a charger. I have it 5 stars. Not to mention an amazing customer service if you have any issues whatsoever.

I was introduced to this product from my son, by the way, who also praise's this product, which has changed my view of charging my devices forever!

I can now charge all of my devices utilizing one charging cord, even though I use multiple devices with different charging ports! This too has been made possible by the different charging port attachments that was also included in the package of cords!

This product has also made it possible to not have to take my eyes off of the road to connect to power, the many devices that I have, as I am a driver and sometimes forget to connect my devices for charging!

It has truly made life on the road that much easier and device manageable!

I want to give these a great review. Unfortunately, after only a month of having them, they stop charing if the cable is slightly moved, the pins get pushed into the housing causing this, which also bring up the, "Please use the charger provided with your phone," message. Already had 1 of the cables replaced because it wouldn't charge, don't know if the company would be willing to replace them all again. I really like the concept and it helps a lot when driving, but the quality of the ends are not good.

I purchased these on a whim just to see how they work and I went all in buying the 3/3 packs for the greatest value. All I can say is I’m extremely satisfied and now my wife and son are using them too. Only issue I had was you have to make sure it’s actually charging when it connects. A couple of times I connected, it didn’t start charging and I had to play with it..:but literally like 3 of 100 times. Overall, great product.

Just received my new magnilink cable. It took forever to get here, I got tracking info and it was USPS delays, not Magnilink. But it came, I am pleased with the operation and the way the end plugs into my unit. So far, so good!

I ordered the product on the 22nd of June, it arrived 8 days later. I had not realised the products ordered were not off the shelf in the UK. After two days I was panicking as I really needed the products. I contacted customer service who explained the items were being brought into the the UK by courier and that covid was slowing delivery. I waited and the products arrived. Very high quality very well packaged. Delighted!

Loved my two chargers I bought but one of the adapter tips broke shortly after I bought it. Reached out to the customer team and they responded extremely quick and sent a replacement. Very satisfied with both the service and the product.

I had an issue with one of the charging cables I purchased and after contacting the company they remedied the situation immediately. Customer service was quick and accommodating and I am loving my Magnalink cables!!
