Faultless service throughout

Really easy to book on the phone. Great communication throughout. Driver arrived early and was really helpful, dropping me off right outside the entrance to the hospital. Fair charged was exactly as quoted - can’t fault the service in anyway and will definitely use this firm again.

The driver was very friendly

The driver was very friendly. We had a lovely conversation in the car. Car was clean and tidy. The driver made sure that he drove close to me so I didn't even have to walk over to him. Fantastic service, great driver!

Best taxi company around

Best taxi company around, ild also encourage NHS workers to use Magnum, there’s a cheeky 15percent off on all rides , customer service is amazing too
