Total SCAM
Total SCAM! Ordered as gift for grand daughter. Ordered in Aug. 23...NOTHING received until an email was sent in NOV. 23. She has received ONLY that one issue since. Emailed company MAR. 4th 2024..was told to wait ANOTHER 5-10 days so they could contact company to find out what the problem is. Have heard nothing back ...it's been 9 business days. SO....Sent yet ANOTHER email...Now I await the NEXT lie!

It was easy to renew my magazine without any questions about where to go next. I had to change my billing information and that was very easy to do. I also did not want to have an automatic renewal and there was a place to remove that check mark. I also liked being able to see all the magazine options you have under the various headings. All in all a very good experience.

I like how they remind you when your subscription is going to expire. Although it was sent with only a few days notice of the date... they need to give customers a bigger renewal window. Otherwise it's easy to do with the website.
