When a new subscription actually starts after payment!
I paid my subscription for a year and once the payment was taken I was told it would take several months to get my first issue. NOT A GOOD START!

Service was very good, especially since there was a double pay that was credited.
I will say I was enjoying the Motor Trend + content until it was cancelled recently. Not good.
