Total absence of customer service. Had to chase for a delivery date as tracking showed it had been with the courier for a week. They took 18 days to reply to my email and then only to ask had I received my delivery!! Why didn't they know?

I ordered 4 of the latest issues of commando comics and paid for first class delivery. Only 3 of the issues have arrived I have emailed customer service twice no response either time. Hopefully I will be refunded or sent a replacement but I won't hold my breath

It was quite easy to purchase. I would have ordered earlier but was put off by the £5.50 postage charge and didn’t realise that you could adjust the type of delivery until the final purchase stage. Had l known this l would of purchased earlier.

I love receiving my magazines!
The magazines I ordered arrived a lot quicker than expected and in a new box that I will re-use. The magazines were in the same condition as if I’d selected them myself. I have ordered several times from this company and I have never been let down. I love getting my magazines, a present to myself!

Started well, but fell apart
Initially, I thought this was great, order 3 mags that were delivered in good time. One turned out to damaged. First they were quick to respond, offered to check stock and send me a replacement. That's when it all fell apart. I never received the replacement. It then took a week to get any respond. And then just blanked. I have still yet to receive a response or a replacemental a month later, so won't be using these again. Massively disappointed.
