Very poor customer care

Only 2 magazines out of 3 I’ve ordered have arrived with no explanation as to where the missing one is.
Emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response

Never recieved my order

Made a purchase on the 25th of November and I still haven't received my order or any status updates that it was even dispatched. I contacted customer service and received no response.

Very disappointed to be honest

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 magazines at the same time but only one was delivered. I have messaged but no reply yet.

The eventually refunded me for the magazine that did not show up

I made my order on November 19th and I still haven’t gotten any updates on the location or status of my package. I filled out the contract form on the site on December 5th, but my questions still haven’t been answered.

Awful company!!!

I ordered a Bluey magazine that my little boy has featured in on the 22/10/2025 and have still not received it. I have filled out the contact request form several times on the website and still no communication. Awful company with terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend.

I posted about rips in my Tatler…

I posted about rips in my Tatler magazine and you told me to enter my information in the customer feedback site. I did do that; however, no matter how small I made the picture of the rips, you website still rejected the photos. I submitted to the site explaining the problem and no one got back to me. Please help, I am very frustrated!

If I could give less stars I would!
ITS A SCAM,
they have no contact information whatsoever and only a get in touch box. I placed an order on the 19th of November, the next day I got confirmation that my items were shipped. I paid for express delivery yet I received no tracking.
I’m reached out multiple times. I’ve also been in touch with their active social media. Again nothing has been said to me. I’m extremely frustrated.
