ITS A SCAM,
they have no contact information whatsoever and only a get in touch box. I placed an order on the 19th of November, the next day I got confirmation that my items were shipped. I paid for express delivery yet I received no tracking.
I’m reached out multiple times. I’ve also been in touch with their active social media. Again nothing has been said to me. I’m extremely frustrated.

My order was placed the 17th Nov. On track and trace it said item left sender on the 25th. Still awaiting the arrival...due tomorrow the 2nd December.🤞.....Update.... Items arrived on the 2nd thank you.

This is the second review I would give a minus or zero star if I could. My magazine arrived ripped. You have failed to respond, replace or refund. Internal mailing system and I have been ignored despite using your very polite link provided by yourselves in response to my first review. Sounding like you were going to sort. But you haven’t. So you are conning people when you sound concerned. Funny there is someone able to try and pretend you are caring concerned company reviewing trust pilot comments.
I suppose small amounts of money so people give up. Appalling customer service. Just don’t use this company there are others out there.

I made an order on October 26, and today (Nov 21st) there’s still to update. My emails to support bounce back and “cannot be delivered”, there’s no contact phone number on the website, and nobody responds to my contact form enquiries. Avoid this company

I placed the order on October 27th (1366175)and I still haven’t received it. I wrote twice to request an update and I was sent a link stating that they attempted delivery three times but I was absent, and that the package is now being held for pickup. This is impossible, because we have a concierge that is always open and receives all mail. We did not receive any delivery notices from the courier, nor any notifications explaining where the order is now. I have already written twice and no one has replied.
I spent the whole day calling the Italian postal service to understand what had happened, since I didn’t receive any help on your end. In the end, I found out that the package had been held at a post office far from my home, so this morning I lost almost two hours getting there and I even had to pay 13 euros to collect it. As if that weren’t enough, the magazines arrived damaged because the package wasn’t properly sealed. Your customer service is disastrous, and I will make sure to leave negative feedback. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

I have tried to contact you following your response. Followed your contact us details still Error uploading pictures and submitting the contact form which has my order number on AGAIN. I have tried to submit a number of times. Seems I am not the only person to have this problem. No acknowledgement that the form has been received even. Other companies that use such forms have an automatic receipt sent. I have checked junk mail. I am not happy and would recommend people do not use this company. You are quick to take the order. and the money but when it’s poor service/goods you are not responding. I require the magazine being sent in a good condition please or if you are unable to do that then please provide a full refund including postage.
