Damaged earring and chasing for a response for weeks.
Ordered a necklace set - the back of the earrings are a bit flimsy but I suppose that’s somewhat expected. The problem was that upon opening the package one earring had a stone missing- emailed the customer services ID on the same day - no answer. Then after say or so contacted again via the form on the website- sent pics. Then silence- chased again and got a reply asking if I prefer a refund, store credit or replacement- since the customer services seem a bit sketchy, opted for a replacement. Silence again- I guess they seem to operate on the basis that will either make the customer give up- or maybe forget about chasing- really poor communication. Either way not planning to shop here ever again.
