I can’t recommend MAH enough. Mark and Cheryl were fantastic from start to finish - professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

We had to change our dates a few times, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Mark’s depth of knowledge really stood out - he picked up on things we would have never noticed thanks to his incredible attention to detail.

The full report was delivered the very same day, and Mark took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions.

Overall, it was an excellent service and everything was handled perfectly.

Exceptional service from MAH inspections! I was signposted to this company for my son’s new build property, for a snagging survey. Communication was excellent, arrived as scheduled, completed an extensive inspection, and report was received within 24 hrs. The report was very clear and concise with descriptive information and photographic evidence to support all faults that were found. The report has certainly provided peace of mind and confidence with the new build home being in line with the NHBC. Highly recommend!

Mark was friendly and professional. He explained the whole process to me before he started and then he walked me through some of the more serious problems he had detected before he left. Mark was very thorough as he inspected the whole house and respectful of the house and the furnishings as he did the inspection. We received the report before the end of the day too. Very easy to contact and arrange an appointment, especially considering we were moving into a new build and didn’t have an official moving date. When trying to arrange a booking they were happy to reschedule based on our schedule and to make sure they could provide the review within time frames. For example, we had 48 hours to address any cosmetic issues and Cheryl ensured that our appointment would accommodate this requirement. During the inspection my partner was present and thoroughly impressed with the lengths that were taken to gather a full report and to ensure our house meets requirements. Easy payment and worth every penny. A full report was sent over the same day that we could easily forward to our developers for them to start addressing any issues. I would 100% recommend this service.

We ve been in our new build home for 16 months and over last two winters we found the house colder than any other house we d lived in. Aside from that we were very happy with the build quality. After a fair bit of research we decided upon MAH. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made. Mark arrived promply at 8am and after a 'briefing' on his plan for the inspection he got on with it. We thought his work might take a couple of hours. In reality, he spent 6 hours inspecting whole house from ground floor to loft both inside and outside plus the garage.
His attention to detail was quite incredible. He found so very many issues that we had not spotted or even thought about. His review of the property's energy efficiency was illuminating and vindicated our view that the house was cold. He was able to clearly illustrate our heat loss, thru external doors and ceilings with the aid of thermal imaging. But as said above he found many other issues.
Mark clearly knows his stuff.( He s been in construction for most of his life I believe). We found him to be meticulous, extremely professional and would highly recommend him.
Based on my experience I would encourage anyone in a new build home to have Mark 'snag' it. In conclusion I would add that his report was thorough, easy to read and well illustrated with each/fault or issue.

I am very impressed with the service provided by MAH inspections Ltd for my new build home. Mark conducted an incredibly thorough inspection, identifying several Key issues that I would have missed.
What really stands out is their professional approach after the report was issued. When the Developer raised challenges to certain findings, the MAH team remained responsive and helpful. The Business administrator and Mark are currently assisting me by reviewing the developer's responses to provide expert feedback. It’s reassuring to have an inspector who stands by their professional judgment and continues to support their clients. Highly recommended!

MAH are brilliant. Mark is forensic. If you buy a new build, this is an essential service.

We have used MAH twice now for both of our new build purchases (initially as first time buyers as well) and we are very happy with the experience overall.

Mark is knowledgable, thorough, and leaves you with a real sense that the property has had a good going over. He has an incredibly keen eye for details we could probably live in the house for 10 years and never have noticed!

He will take time to explain the rationales/reasons for particular snags and standards as well if desired.

Arranging the visit is also very easy as Cheryl handles the logistics very well, giving us flexibility around shifting timings for our completion.

Mark was friendly and professional. He made the entire process look very easy for us. We had moved our house a day before and was very messy. Mark was very accommodating and went about his job calmly.
Regarding the inspection, most of the things were covered and the report was very quick and highly descriptive.

Mark introduced himself and explained what he would be doing on the day, he was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough and he found lots of snags which I would never had seen some major and minor over a 150 in total
