MAH Inspections Ltd Reviews

I’m so glad I chose MAH inspections. Mark did a thorough inspection and I received the report in a very short time. Cheryl kept me informed and was help to help me out when I had issues preventing me from sending the report on to the builder. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend MAH Inspections, Mark arrived on time and instantly put me and my partner at ease by fully explaining the process of the checks that would be conducted. Mark was very thorough in all the checks and highlighted key areas which need addresseing by the developer. We also received our report the same day which made it much easier to get this straight to the developer and raise the snags that had been found.

Thankyou Mark and the team for your help 🙏

We were the first time buyers, and were not aware of potential issues. We hired Mah inspection based on review by other people in the area. We found Mah inspections really helpful and thorough. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Mah Inspections.

Everything about this company has been fantastic from start to finish.
Getting in contact with Cheryl initially, she was so accommodating with us changing dates when completion was moving around. She was super clear about the process and timely in her responses.
On the day of inspection, Mark was prompt at the property and answered any questions we had with thoughtful and detailed responses. He was extremely thorough with the snags, and put our mind at ease when concerned about things we had seen online about structural snagging.
Mark and Cheryl sent the report on the same day. The report was complimented by the site manager of how organised and comprehensive it was. The layout of the report was easy to understand by both professionals and homeowners.
Due to it being a hot day, Mark couldn’t complete a thermal inspection, but assured us he would come back to complete this when the weather allowed, so nothing was missed.
Overall, Cheryl and Mark were super friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Their 5* rating is very well deserved!

Mark arrived and was extremely professional throughout the inspection. He was very clear about what he was doing. The inspection took a couple of hours and th report I received was very detailed and clear. I would thoroughly recommend MAH and would have no hesitation in using them again.

We had a great experience with MAH Inspections. Cheryl was great at communicating and helping us to get our inspection booked in quickly and with ease. Mark came to do the inspection on our new build today and we definitely cannot fault him. We are first time buyers and felt a fair bit of pressure to make sure we reported all of our snags within 10 working days of completion. We wouldn't have picked up on half of the things Mark picked up on and he was fantastic at explaining everything to us. We feel it was 110% worthwhile to book this snagging inspection and we feel so much more relaxed knowing that such a knowledgeable and professional person has completed this report for us. Thank you!

I had a great experience. The booking process for easy and flexible. The person was competent and explained well the NHBC regulations. I highly recommend him.

Mark arrived on time for my new home inspection. He took me through the inspection process vs. The Premier Guarantee criteria. His inspection was very thorough and a report was issued by later that evening, which is in a format that the developer Davidsons Homes acknowledge.

Amazing service from Mark! He explained everything at the start and took his time to check every little detail. Also, explained what needs to be changed. As a first time buyer these are crucial advice that we needed.

I received the detailed report on the same day. I highly recommend MAH Inspections!

Very detailed home inspection and found more then 100 items more then me. Would recommend them

Very thorough, detailed report provided.
Amazing support when explaining urgency of issue with building company.
All in all a pleasure to do business with, will happily recommend services.

Mark has done a brilliant job. He's very friendly and explained a lot of stuff to us that we should be aware of with the warranty. Highly professional and recommended.

The service was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I requested a quote, I was contacted immediately and booked in straight away. Mark was punctual and carried out a very detailed inspection. Even the site manager mentioned that he was on-site all day thoroughly checking everything.

The report is incredibly helpful and highlighted numerous issues that Barratt will need to fix. I would 100% recommend this service. Thanks!

We had a great experience with MAH inspections.
Both Mark and Cheryl were excellent in arranging the inspection with the booking process being very smooth and Mark arrived well ahead of the appointment time.

Mark was extremely thorough with his inspection of the house and took time to explain the issues before he left.

He picked up a leak under the bath which if left unattended could have caused severe damage further down the line.

Report was delivered the same day which is very detailed with photographs included. This has now been passed to the developers for them to action. Marks background, knowledge and qualifications ensure the devlopers have little cause to challenge the reports findings.

When you are spending thousands on a property this is a small outlay for a report to ensure you are getting what you paid for.

Would highly recommend people to use this service

I can’t recommend MAH enough. Mark and Cheryl were fantastic from start to finish - professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

We had to change our dates a few times, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Mark’s depth of knowledge really stood out - he picked up on things we would have never noticed thanks to his incredible attention to detail.

The full report was delivered the very same day, and Mark took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions.

Overall, it was an excellent service and everything was handled perfectly.

Excellent service from MAH Inspections. Mark was extremely supportive throughout the process and took the time to explain everything clearly. The report was detailed, thorough, and delivered promptly. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

The Surveyor arrived on time. He carried out the entire work meticulously and methodically to my utmost satisfaction. My property was left clean and tidy as it was before the work. I got the report of the snagging on the same day. I was impressed and I highly recommend MAH Inspections to others.

Exceptional service from MAH inspections! I was signposted to this company for my son’s new build property, for a snagging survey. Communication was excellent, arrived as scheduled, completed an extensive inspection, and report was received within 24 hrs. The report was very clear and concise with descriptive information and photographic evidence to support all faults that were found. The report has certainly provided peace of mind and confidence with the new build home being in line with the NHBC. Highly recommend!

Mark was friendly and professional. He explained the whole process to me before he started and then he walked me through some of the more serious problems he had detected before he left. Mark was very thorough as he inspected the whole house and respectful of the house and the furnishings as he did the inspection. We received the report before the end of the day too. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Very easy to contact and arrange an appointment, especially considering we were moving into a new build and didn’t have an official moving date. When trying to arrange a booking they were happy to reschedule based on our schedule and to make sure they could provide the review within time frames. For example, we had 48 hours to address any cosmetic issues and Cheryl ensured that our appointment would accommodate this requirement. During the inspection my partner was present and thoroughly impressed with the lengths that were taken to gather a full report and to ensure our house meets requirements. Easy payment and worth every penny. A full report was sent over the same day that we could easily forward to our developers for them to start addressing any issues. I would 100% recommend this service.
