Very poor service. They simply hire local plumbers and take commission without ensuring quality. I booked a plumber through Mr. Mahir, but his attitude was unacceptable. He behaved disrespectfully, even towards elders. I filed a complaint, and their agent asked me to “give them time,” but no proper action was taken. Later, when the plumber himself called their helpline, a different agent responded. I had to explain everything again, and instead of resolving the issue, they told me to get the work done from outside. This is extremely unprofessional—you pay them, yet still have to manage everything yourself. Not recommended.

Avoid Mahir Company – Extremely Poor Service This company is not professional. At first, they answer your calls quickly, but if you have a complaint, they don’t listen or respond. They seem more focused on taking new orders and payments than solving customer problems. For the past 3 days, we’ve been calling again and again about our complaint, but their team is “not free” to handle it—yet if you place a new order, their whole staff is suddenly available. In 45°C heat, we’ve had no AC for 3 days, and it has been a terrible experience. Their staff is rude, their after-sales service is awful, and they only care about sales, not customers. Please don’t use their services—they are not professional.

Their behaviour is worse with their technicians. also sometime send inexperienced people.
