You ordered a product that was clearly shown as on backorder. The product description had been changed before you ordered to include the reasons why this product was unavailable from the manufacturer at time of order and has had regular updates as to the availability and ETA. We had email correspondence regarding your order where we reiterated the large bold font description advising why the product was on backorder with the manufacturer and gave you options to leave on order for shipping as soon as available, or a full refund, you decided you would like a refund rather than wait, which was processed immediately. You have since re-ordered the same product recently, again, knowing it was still not yet available, but the full details of ETA has been updated in the description from the latest conversations I have had direct with the manufacturer.
The product is in production, They had to re-engineer the whole product due to a key ingredient being GLOBALLY unavailable. So, unless you found some very old stock somewhere, that 100 other customers haven't managed to uncover, you haven't had delivery of this item yet as it isn't available at time of writing. Maybe this is the "no product" you are referring to? No Info? Well there is plenty of info in the actual product on the website, or you could have emailed and asked what the current ETA was .. but you didn't.
You haven't messaged at all since the full refund you received last time, you haven't asked to cancel the current backorder.. Just thought you would leave a One Star review. Thanks, very helpful.

Sorry for the break down in timely communication, unfortunately I was dealing with my Dad having a terminal lung cancer diagnosis and significant issues with his palliative care and differing emergencies prior to his passing. This meant I was away from the business and not able to take delivery of stock or process orders. Sorry for the inconvenience and delays. All resolved in the end

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Matt and MAH. I ordered an ear drop for my dog, they unfortunately didn't have the brand I ordered but gave me alternatives I could order and got them shipped to me as soon as they could. Would recommend them to anyone. Service was impeccable!
