Really great service. The women I talked to at the agency were so helpful and understood my needs. They set up an interview with Amber and we hit it off. She now cleans every two weeks and my house looks lovely.

DO NOT USE!

I booked a 6 hours of cleaning prior to my newborn arriving which cost me approx £145. I have provided the cleaner with all cleaning products required and a listn of essentials that needed to be covered.

2 hours into the job, I popped upstairs to have a look at the progress. The bedrooms are exactly how it was - surfaces full of dust, stains on cupboards and non of the cleaning products being used- instead she's used my son's baby wipes with water (as I watched her in the baby monitor). When I asked her why she isn't using any of the priduct , she proceeded to spray the wood polished on the surfaces that was still covered in dust!!

I paid her for the time that she was at the property(which is more than what I should have done) and politely asked to leave.

I've tried to ring the company but my calls are no longer going through.

Terrible service!!!

**UPDATE**

The company has called me since and explained the phones are down today and offered me a £45 refund that I initially paid. They apologised for the quality of service I recieved from the cleaner and took my feedback on board. I have been left a voicemail about the review I have left to "discuss" further, which I'm not willing to take down, as this was my experience and I would not recommend this company. Let's see if I get my refund.

Once I have filled in the questionnaire, which I did , I do not expect to have to keep filling them in many many times. I said I was pleased with the lady I have cleaning for me and that should be enough.

I booked through Maid2clean and it was the worst experience I’ve had the cleaner they sent did a very poor job but far worse was how I was treated they were unresponsive when raising concerns refused to Invoice me properly and wanted to charge me extra on top of there expensive agency fees they shared no care atall for my physical disability and health concerns I felt they were just interested in the money cleaners were booked then no shows complained it’s too hot too clean and didn’t treats customers with any respect and your explanations do not add up atall on the first meet and greet the cleaner went upstairs stroked my cat and stayed talking for ages -someone with a serious allergy would never have done that she also made unreasonable demands from the start wanting to charge £16 ph when the agency states clearly all jobs through the agency are a standard £13 per hour sounds fishy to me the second cleaner left for another flimsy reason this was not my fault it was your agency sending me unsuitable staff and failing to sort proper replacement and twice let me down with another cleaning lady that apparently can’t work in hot weather and let me down on the fist day of the cleaning work I have severe heart problems and this isn’t helping me I still stand by my review

Well I have been with maid2clean for a long time and have never had any major issues !
Wendy is an honest matured person and a good time keeper !

Great service and quality of cleaners exceptional.

I was surprised by the professionalism of Maids2clean right from the start. The information and guidelines they provide are helpful. And an initial visit from the possible cleaner and being offered someone else if unsuitable is excellent. They continued contact for the first few weeks without any pressure. Unfortunately I am leaving the area but will definitely contact them when I am back.

It was very easy to set up and the cleaner was friendly and efficient. Excellent service.
