I solve all Microsoft Windows problems and MacOS issues for home users and businesses. I am based in Maidenhead and cover Marlow, Twyford, Windsor and Henley-on-Thames. I have been running for more than 8 years and have over 100 five star reviews. I offer both home / business visits as well as you coming to me – I work from home in Maidenhead. For some jobs, especially repairs, it is best if the computer is brought to me. For computer and laptop repairs I provide a range of services from speeding up slow computers, repairing cracked screens on laptops, replacing charging ports on laptops, and upgrading hard drives to increase storage capacity. We also deal with all Microsoft Windows issues. For Apple Mac computers we focus on issues with MacOS such as slow Macs. For businesses I focus on self-employed professionals and businesses with up to 5 people. Being self-employed myself I fully understand the issues that the self-employed and very small businesses face. I specialise in setting up Microsoft 365 and in particular Microsoft Exchange Online for emails and OneDrive and SharePoint for document storage. We have always found Robert to be very easy to deal with. He very quickly understood our particular needs and responded well to them.
The Zoom course he delivered enabled us to create our own pages. He was also always able to help when we got stuck.
His presence on the weekend when we cut over from our old website was reassuring and was a great success, due in no small part to the joint planning we had done.

Prompt and efficient laptop repair!
Delighted to have discovered Robert, following my daughter's laptop failing. Robert responded promptly to my enquiry (well outside of normal office hours) and having identified the fault, provided a number of options. The work was carried out efficiency and the laptop fixed the same day, and again Robert demonstrated flexibility in allowing me to collect it late in the evening. Very pleased with the communication, price, result and happy to recommend!!
