Recently got my maid's visa from maids.cc, visited their kiosk in mudon community center thanks to muhamed sagar and thanks to them for making the process in such a quick and easy way as my maid's visa was about to expire in a week and they helped me to get it done in such a short time. What a disappointing experience! 0 customer service, inability to get fast & effective responses.
My maid declares that she's 4 months pregnant & I suddenly find myself in a very bizarre situation where I need professional guidance.
Let me quote to you the exact response I received on Whatsapp: "I understand how distressing this must be. We highly advise having an open conversation with your maid to address the issue and assess her ability to continue serving you. Whether you choose to give her another chance and have an internal agreement of what to do next or terminate her services, we're here to support you. As we cannot intervene between the employer and the maid in the maid's visa service."
And when I asked what will happen to my 2 year contract now that I need to let go of my maid for reasons beyond my control, the response was: "Thank you for your patience. As the representative who called you on Tuesday mentioned, refunds are beyond our control, and we do not intervene in personal matters. However, since you are a valued customer, and as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you an AED 1,000 credit note toward your next maid. Let us know how you'd like to proceed."

This maid is under YOUR sponsorship, she should be YOUR responsibility in critical matters.
Even when we went to speak to someone in the office, we were told that there's no customer rep. No manager, just No one to talk to.
I'm beyond astonished at how I kept dealing with you all this time.
Such a frustrating experience.

They provide a list of available maids, but when you choose one, they suddenly claim that the maid is 'not in their system. This misleading practice is frustrating and unacceptable.
We selected nearly three different maids, and all of them turned out to be untrained and unprofessional, lacking even basic skills. It’s clear that the company does not properly train their workers. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable household help

This is one of the worst companies I have encountered. They hire untrained and unprofessional maids and provide inconsistent information to both their workers and clients. For example, they tell clients that maids get only 12 hours off, while informing the maids they are entitled to 24 hours and that clients are also required to provide a food allowance for them.
When you raise complaints—such as maids borrowing money and than behaving inappropriately so she can take the money and never return it. Maid CC does nothing to resolve the issue. Instead, they send the the maid to another house so she can keep doing the same thing. If a worker repeatedly takes money and runs away, shouldn’t it be the agency’s responsibility to take action? Very unprofessional and disappointing experience
NB: I already contacted your customer services like 10 times and received the same answer: we couldn't reach the maid she is not answering.

Horrible Customer Support! I regret going through them. Their customer support whatsapp is only very prompt and active until they deduct all the payments after that they dont respond for days. There is literally no way to reach out to an agent directly. They will make you go crazy just to talk to a human and explain your case to them. You will receive automated warnings about deadlines and cancellations of maids visa if the documents are not complete from your end. It literally feels like you have been scammed into giving a huge chunk of money and then abandoned. Please go directly through tadbeer.

Ugh!! As many have said the respond and communication is pretty good until all of the deductions are created. No mention that VAT would be added, no direction about how the helper is supposed to obtain her salary, I had to ask what date she can take it out and how. When I asked I received a message for my helper to call a number and check to see if her ATM card is ready and if not she'd have to go to Al Ansari. Her salary was taken out last month on time and this month, she went to collect from Al Ansari to be told it was transferred to Dubai. Needless to say I started messaging them immediately yesterday early afternoon. Day 2 of the drama, after receiving an early morning message asking which Al Ansari in AD, I received a response that they would respond between 8-10. At 1130 I messaged without any response from them instead they messaged my helper that she can go to retrieve her salary. Well..... she went to Al Ansari, couldn't get her salary because her ATM card was being reprocessed for AD. I've been messaging all day without response this far and she didn't receive her salary from them yet.

Very unprofessional service and company. They were prompt until the money deduction after which would not respond properly. We had to follow up multiple times for various details and invoices for our transactions. After confirming their monthly service fees covers all the services including the transfer of the maid salary they again applied an additional vat on the salary amount. When we asked for regular invoices for the transactions they tell us they cannot automatically generate it and we would need to separately ask for this every month. This again we received after chasing them multiple times. Absolutely regretting going through maid cc service.

Pathetic customer service. They are only available till you get visa done and then employer js on their own. No support no query resolution ..very frustrating..better do visa on your own or via tadbeer

The customer service is a disaster!
Since weeks we are trying to make the Visa for our nanny with them. They can’t deduct from our bank several times and there is no way to get in contact with them. There is no number you can call and on Whatsapp you just waste your time with bots and automatically reply’s.

The most horrible service I ever experienced!
For 2 weeks they are wasting my time on what’s app, sending automatic responses and mot proving any info - after they charged me 10k of course. There is no email and no ohone number to contact them.
Highly don’t recommend to use them!

They have unprofessional maids which aren’t able to clean or to take care of babies, they take any maid available and they will send her your home and if the maid does or behaves improperly at your home, they aren’t able to help you with it as the only thing they will do is sending you a new one which is same bad or worse
