I’ve sent a couple of these cake cards before but this time I added tea, coffee and hot chocolate to the order which my friend loved!

Ordered on Sunday 25th specifically requested to be delivered 30th for a 70th birthday .

Ordered never arrived , trackings details didn’t work .

Update - company promised refund on 31 Jan , as of the 6th Jan they have still not actioned the refund !!!!! Do not use this company they are scammers

My 78-year-old big brother has all that he needs … but how absolutely blown-away he was to receive surprise birthday cake slices in the post, in two of his favourite flavours! To say he was chuffed to bits is underestimating his response. Thank you so much for ensuring that it arrived in time and, of course, for the quality of your product.

What a great idea of sending someone a smile, or hug in a box. Great selection of box fronts for any occasion, lovely font used for messages inside the box and a yummy selection of cake flavours to choose from. They fit most letter boxes and so easy to order even for me. I'd recommend this service to anyone who is stuck for a gift or even to themselves for a decadent "me" gift. Excellent and very helpful service.

My sister face palmed into the cake slices, sticky, delicious and a taste of more. She inhaled one slice without breathing , they were an absolute hit! Sent out in record time and received with so much love! Thank you for making her day!

I am so happy with this order.
I placed the order on the Sunday evening and it arrived on the Monday afternoon.
This was an anniversary present for my boyfriend and i was really pleased with the delivery timescales. He also really enjoyed the cakes. This is the second time I have ordered from Mailbakes & i would definitely do so again for occasions.

I purchased from Mailbakes for a lovely lady’s birthday. I bought and paid just after Christmas and they were correctly delivered on the 25th January. I received a thank you message from my friend, and although I won’t taste the goods I am sure they will be amazing .

My daughter bought the cakes for me & my husband, omg they are so nice, the sponge is so fresh . comes in a lovely box, would highly recommend.
