Thought this was a great idea for the hubby for valentines day, he loves cake so I chose the 'quadruple it' option so he could have 4 slices! Upon receiving my order I was really disappointed to find that they came in 2 separate card boxes not 1. Had I known this I would have just chosen the 2 slices & saved the extra expense, I don't have 2 husbands to give them too!
Great idea in principle but this should be made clearer!

Cake is a week later than the delivery date I paid for. Still don’t know where the cake is? Ordered for a friends birthday gift now they have been left without anything.. really disappointed

I've ordered a couple of times from mailbakes and they have been brilliant. Product is great and delivered exactly when it was meant to be. Can't fault them.

Delivered on the day i chose for a birthday. Recieved lovely and fresh. Had a problem as i ordered ( my fault) but it was rectified very quickly so i didnt have to worry about the delivery. Will be buying again.

The cakes are so tasty! What a fab surprise to get in the post on my Birthday 🎂. Defo recommend.

This order was brilliant but my friend hasn’t received hers yet and paid extra for next day delivery on the 2nd

I ordered 4 days before the event I wanted the card and cake delivered for. I have been provided with no tracking or order update I am starting to wonder if this company is just a scam and doesn’t actually exist, very disappointed

I love this idea - I’ve sent cakes to family and friends for different reasons and each time it’s put a big smile on their face and they’ve loved the cakes. Will continue to use in the future.

Easy to use website to quickly order as a little surprise for a friend who has just had an op.
Fast delivery , excellent quality cakes and well packaged. Friend was very pleasantly surprised at receiving 4 slices of fresh & 4 different flavoured cakes in her Get well soon card. Thank you for providing such a unique and fresh service for something a little bit more personal for lots of different occasions. This is the fifth time I’ve used this company and myself and more importantly , the recipients , have not been disappointed. In fact, the opposite , they’ve all been absolutely delighted to receive a thoughtful card and enclosed sweet treat gift. Thank you. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend to anyone. X
