A very satisfied Mum for Mothering Sunday and beyond!
I have ordered from Mailbakes a couple of times now for Mothering Sunday for my now 86 year old Mum, as I don't get to see her etc - so it's a great way of sending "love" in the form of delicious slices of your cakes!!
On both occasions she has messaged me to say how lovely they are and the fact she can't eat a whole slice in one go, bless her! So in this way it means she get 4 treats!
Always very well packaged and delivered spot on time and in time for the occasion!
Will definitely use again and hopefully more often.

Ordering was quite simple a few different cakes to choose from
Mum received it in time and it put a smile in her face, as was something different she said that it was succulent flavourful and enjoyed every mouthful 😊

Terrible customer service. No updates on my order. Said it was to be investigated either Royal Mail.. heard nothing. Total waste of money.Would avoid..
I reached out, they asked me if I recognise the door in the delivery photo. I’ve never been to the recipients house an clearly explained this. Mail bakes were going to speak to Royal Mail.. I’ve heard nothing.
