Not worth the money. Faulty. Avoid.

Not worth the money. Eyelets on passenger and drivers mat had fallen out in in transit. Returned them. Avoid unless you like wasting your time. Had to provide my own packaging for this large item as they do not send a bag to return them in.

I'm sorry about the issue with the clip rings, it looks like the parcel was damaged in transit. I understood that you had the original bag to return these in, we would have happily posted out a replacement bag with the return label for you if we knew you needed packaging.

We have sent a replacement mat set out to you tonight to be with you tomorrow and the mat rings have been checked before despatch.
