THe original order was delayed for some reason. However, when I emailed it was sorted immediately with good communication. I had also, mistakenly, ordered LHD rather than RHD. I was sent a return label immediately and they dispatched a new mat without question. Great service

Incorrect item resolved
Item received was not the item ordered. This was sent direct from the manufacturer so not MOCP's fault, but after emailing them they quickly sent a return label and refunded my money in full.
